Terrible customer service! My husband and I have been with this bank for years and have also had our mortgage here at one time but we will be closing them immediately after being treated so badly. After being ignored in the drive thru for awhile! I mean, she’s right in our face and won’t look up or say one moment please, nothing! We had to go to the ATM! Went in to complain and she just yelled and argued back at me because she “was busy” but wouldn’t address why she wouldn’t even acknowledge us! So rude, I’m in customer service and you don’t argue with customers ever! This hasn’t been my only instance with this teller. As we drove away another customer was sitting at the drive thru being ignored…

It works terribly slow, waited 15 minutes to serve one Clint, and never waited to go to another bank.Why do you need such a large building, one cashier works?!

I have always found the employees at this branch to be pleasant and polite. My wait time has also always been minimum.

Very nice branch manager..she told me to take my business to another bank...I did...WF CC....closed, WF business CC...closed, Business checking ....closed, brokerage account....closed....Thanks for the tip ;)

I have no idea how this branch got 5 stars. Service there is typically second rate at best, but the current group of employees has elevated ignoring customers and not caring about service to an art forms.
