The usual grocery store, prices seemed high (Ohio person). They had a nice selection of fresh produce. Staff were helpful.

One of the cashiers was not very kind to me when I was checking out. I didn’t think it was necessary to put a bar in between me and the lady in front of me’s groceries because they were a good distance apart. The cashier then starts scanning my items and putting them into her bags. When the person in-front of me said that they were not her items he became frustrated with me and stated that it was my fault because I didn’t put a bar in between the groceries. I was really frustrated with this interaction, and I will not be a returning customer. The lady in-front of me still ended up with some of my items as he was not paying attention to what he bagged. Very disappointed

Just left Weis store. Used the self-checkout. Had not used that type of self checkout before and did not realize the receipt came out past the bagging area. Asked the mature cashier in charge of self checkout for hel, then with an eye roll and a real attitude she told us where the receipt was. This shocked both myself and my husband. Up til this point I liked my shopping experience. She made both my husband and myself feel stupid, because we asked for assistance. Here I was waiting where we paid-because that's generally where a receipt will come out. Assuming the machine might be out of paper, we had summoned help, simply stating that we had not received a receipt. WE ASKED A REASONABLE QUESTION IN A NORMAL TONE OF VOICE. Had we been snotty or demanding, her response may have made some sense....although even then the store employee should answer questions with a professional attitude.Might want to consider training your employees how to treat reasonable customers with respect and preferably kindness. Sadly, Not looking forward to a shopping trip to your store any time soon.

My family and I have shopped there for years.Fried chicken is always hot and ready; sushi is made fresh daily.Staff is always attentive and kind.Tried curbside pickup for the first time last week, and it was an absolute delight ?

Stopped in for a few things and ended up with a cart full...Several clerks were ready to assist me as items were marked buy one get one but only one was available- The famous Sweetzels Spiced Wafers go fast and Alfresco sweet apple chicken sausage. 3 different employees ran around looking for more but to no avail -overall friendly experience. The store is nicely decorated for fall with pumpkins, arrangements, balloons, door mats.

Self check-outs were better than most, but still frustrating. Please hire more human beings, to either run the check-outs or monitor them.

I came in 5 minutes before closing time and had a hard time finding some items because I don't shop at the store often. The staff was very helpful and told me to take my time. It was great customer service. ?

I have a Weis Market shoppers' card and have used many Weis Markets in the three State Area for many years. I also shop sale items and use multiple grocery stores to get what I need when others are out of stock or in short supply. I recently stopped at this Weis Market because the Giant Food Store across the street was out of three common items I normally buy on a weekly basis. I dropped by Weis Market on the way out and they had all items in stock at a competitive price. Thank-you Weis Market for items I needed.

Please hire people to run the registers. I stood back and watched for 10 minutes as every person going through self checkout had issues with the dreaded flashing light.

Got my daughter to get dog dipersfor my dog. She got the wrong size.Went to take them back the next day 6/13/23 at Redlion Cape Horn. LOL they don't take em back since COVID.Humm they must be extra cautious at that store. Umhmm with their money. Come on Giant I hope you're people made it past middle school.
