I paid $8 to mail a return. It came back because UPS made a mistake printing the address on the label. The correct address was written on the package but the ups person behind the counter made a few mistakes when copying the address. When I went back assuming they would fix it, nope I had to pay another $8 to mail it AGAIN because of UPSs mistake. Unacceptable! Even though you could clearly see the correct address written on the package, I had to pay to ship the same thing twice over their mistake. Rafael was very rude, didn't apologize or acknowledge their mistake at all. I'm not one for leaving reviews but this was handled horribly by UPS

Rafael is always so wonderful, we ship a ton of very delicate, very heavy packages and will only let him handle them! He does a great job and they always arrive in perfect condition!

I'm sure some of the employees there are nice, but the ones that worked on the night of 12/18/2023 which were two woman were extremely rude because I came in 3 minutes before they closed. All I had was Amazon returns and everyone knows these are very fast and simple, and the easiest thing for them to do. As s?oon as I walked in I apologized for coming in right before they closed(I'm a restaurant manager and understand it's frustrating but I never ever show that to my guests, I still treat them with utmost respect) but the older of the two ladies ignored me saying that and looked disgusted that I would come in at that time. Even though I came right from work and that's the only time I could make it. Than I had to email them a label to print and the younger one made up a reason why they couldn't do my return by saying the register doesn't work anymore because it was 6:30 even though I'm standing at the register being on and she did my other return just fine and it was still the same time on the clock. If I was the owner of that store I would be appauled by then rejecting customers. I will make suren to never use this ups store again. Completely rude and dishonest employees.

I've used their email to print capabilities several times in the last month. It's nice not to have to search for an office store since they've all closed in the East York area.

Disappointed in this location. After I got less than par customer service from a man with a beard. While he talked down to me in condescending tone when I asked questions about printing banners. He then decided and told me he was going to help other customers and not me. I walked out and will take my business somewhere else. Yeah thanks for the awesome customer service! (Sarcastic tone*)

Customer service was great. I came in with a detailed job that I needed done. The store was super busy but they took the time to help me get my project finished within minutes and we're still able to handle the store full of customers.

The guy working here talks down to customers apps unless he is friends with you. My wife and I have been in beee many times shipping things and he is not friendly and when you ask a question he talks to you like it was a stupid question. Perhaps listening to your customers instead of cutting them off with curt comments and the misunderstanding would've been avoided. The attitude and lack of customer courtesy was the main issue, not locating the box.

Customer service is lacking to say the least. I only come here because of convenience otherwise I would recommend giving someone else your business. Seriously if you can't even acknowledge people when they come in your store why do you work with the public ? Do wayyyy better.
