Went there one time years ago and my dogs were scared to death when I picked them up, never again!

They're rude and wouldn't even acknowledge me when I was standing at the counter. Then finally said we're not accepting new customers very rude. Felt very disrespected and will never return.

They do not answer the phone and require new clients to email through the website. I've emailed them through the site now 4 times to make an appointment. Never heard back.
