Generally the staff are helpful and reasonable.However, recent experience with someone (I think the manager or assistance manager) was problematic. They want update copies of proof of address for the box which is completely reasonable. However, the box owner/renter has been very sick and in and out of the ER/hospital which makes completing the paperwork difficult. Today (about 14 calendar days after receiving the paperwork), the person held our packages because we didn't have the paperwork. First, industry standard for this is 30 days to submit updated paperwork. Second, the comment about saying I had previously said bringing in the paperwork would be ok was unnecessary and in extremely poor taste. The reason the paperwork became a problem again was the box owner/renter had gone back into the hospital and was currently at home with a >101F fever. The lack of compassion, empathy from the employee evinced by this comment was appalling.

I had a great experience at Postal Connections today, thanks in large part to the amazing customer service provided by Rochelle, the manager. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, making my visit a breeze. Rochelle went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I was completely satisfied with my experience. Just go to UPS, FedEx or USPS. Postal Connections charges additional fees ontop of the service they use. Save yourself a decent amount and go directly to the source.

Great Customer ServiceI recently had to ship a suit and shoes to my Step Son in Colorado. Long story short, it arrived a day later than expected (not Postal Connections fault - it was a delay by FedEx). I emailed Postal Connections with a complaint about the late delivery.i was OVERWHELMINGLY pleased to get a prompt response the next business day with a credit for the delay. Honestly, it was more than enough to make up for the delay. Additionally, Postal Connections explained in a straightforward way a probable cause of the delay while NOT placing the blame on someone else. (Again it really wasnt their fault!) I appreciate the honesty and helpfulness of this store. I will DEFINITELY use them again for other shipping needs. Keep up the great work!

Can y’all explain to me why it cost $56 to ship a package that was about at maximum 6“ x 6“ box? To Louisiana? I’ve sent boxes the size of my torso at the post office for less than $20. How do you justify that?

Well I guess they make there own hours ,arrived a 6 pm supposed to be open until 7 and it’s not.if hours have changed they should update their hours online and everywhere easel,Even ups says there open until 7 when I placed a hold on a package

Was in today like every day. I mail alot. They are always courteous and helpful. However when a disgruntled demanding customer holds up the line for 20+ minutes is crazy. They need more staffing. I would never work alone in a store.I felt worse for him DOING HIS BEST than the impatient line of people.

Very friendly people. What I love about this business is that they can ship fedex packages for you rather than driving further to the only fedex store in the york area. Very quick service, always in-and-out the door. Will be back for my shipping needs.

Stopped in today to have some flyers printed out. Though I was afraid to admit I forgot how to Pc my honesty paid off in the end. The gentleman shame on me for not getting his name looked me in the face and said thats fine I can get this done for you quick. And that he did. We wound up talking about Godzilla at the end of the situation and thats why I gave this place 5 stars. I have dealt with this place in the past and not once have they let me down.

Had a package that needed to be mailed anonymously... I explained that to them & they said no problem... so when they get their package.. guess what!!! My full name & address was right on the box! Ruined a lot for me, it was very important that they not know where the package came from. Not happy. Especially since it cost me $30 to mail it.
