My stepfather had a great deal with Mr. NAYLOR. He was honest and willing to work with you. My step-dad is happy to be getting his vehicle from him.

This man is one of the biggest scam artists in the state of PA. Stay away from him, wouldn't know the truth if it hit him in the head.

I bought a car from Scott. Told us we had a 30 day 1,000 mile warranty. 9 days later the engine blew. We were told no oil in it. Suddenly he says it's a 50/50 warranty and I would be responsible for half of it.I would have never even bought the car with a 50/50 warranty. Would have walked. Forced into to agreeing our cost was $1,000. When repair was completed and time to pick up he said it's now over $1,500. Days later he decided it's now over $2,300 and he won't stand buy the warranty at all.CLEARLY BREACH OF CONTRACT. Went to court to go after a full refund for the car. We were denied a full refund. Man stood in court under oath and spewed out lies like it was nothing. Long story short, BUYER BEWARE. If you can't stand behind a car you're selling for 30 days or 1,000 miles there's a problem. I'm an 18 year old female so I assume he thought he could take advantage of me and try to extort money from me. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere but here.

BEWARE of this dealership!! This man, Scott Naylor is one of the most unstable, deceitful, unbalanced person, (can't even call him a man) I have encountered in a long time. The entire ordeal has been a nightmare and still isn't over. STEER CLEAR of this place.

I bought a lemon here. The car broke down on the highway after 9 days, he said it had no oil in it. If there was no oil in car, its because he sold it to me with little oil in car, then tried to charge me $1000, then $1600, now he is trying to extort $2300 from me to pick up car. He said he is not honoring the 50/50 warranty on the car. How is this not illegal? Can used car salesmen do whatever they want in the state of PA? I don't want anything to do with that car or this man, I don't trust him at all.

My 18 year old daughter paid $4800 for an 07 Sentra. Seemed like an upright decent guy. Boy was I wrong. 9 days later engine blew. Naylor said no oil in engine. Actually asked her if someone was mad at her and took out the oil? Days later tells her she must pay $1,000 to him to have a new engine put in. Tells her the 30 day 1,000 mile warranty is a 50/50 warranty. Never disclosed. Nothing stating that in writing. Car finished yesterday. Now he wants an additional $600. One of the unauthorized added charges was for $250 for added value to the car since the original engine had 90k and this new used one has 30k. Added value? It's her car ...she owns it with a clear title? BUYER BEWARE. Who intentionally tries to rip off an 18y/o girl like this? Made some bumper stickers today to get the word out. Dude is unstable. Title jumping may be involved as well.

Wish we would have never found this place!! After selling us a used car, (we test drove it twice), our daughter broke down on I83 after 9 days of owning car, he did come and pick her up, (the car he was driving broke down with her in it), stated the car had no oil in it and caused the engine to blow. Then to top it off, he said there is a 50/50 warranty on the engine and transmission (did not advertise or tell us this when looking at vehicle, not stated on window of vehicle), and told us there was an oil change done before we bought it. Obviously there is a reason he doesn't stand behind the vehicles. We are going on 2 weeks now and still waiting to get this hunk of junk back. So, BUYER BEWARE!! It seems that he only band aids these cars up for sale.

Recently purchased a used cargo van from this small used car lot south of Red Lion. Found them while doing some internet searches, and they were the most reasonably priced around. Found several other used cargo vans, around the same age & miles, but everyone else was asking more for theirs. Test drove several others, along with 2 that were at Naylor. Liked both of the vans at Naylor, and Scott was very helpful in suggesting some ways for us to maximize the value of the deal. So much so that we were able to strike a bargain that I was very happy with, and we purchased one of the used vans from his lot. We took the van in for service recently (changed tranny fluid & coolant), and the mechanic who worked on it told us the van was in excellent shape. Very happy to hear that we got a good deal. If you are looking at a used vehicle here, while Scott may not negotiate the price much, you just need to understand that he is pricing his vehicles at a fair price to begin with compared to other dealers. We will definitely keep Naylor in mind in the future.

Bought our Honda Fit here & we are soooo happy! It was an R title (reconstructed after an accident) Anyhow even after owning it for over a year we have not had one problem. They are reasonably priced & very nice. 5 stars from our family. We will look here for our next vehicle purchase. : )
