Red Flags occurred when my business account was closed without notification. Although, thousands of dollars was deposited into the account 4 months prior and throughout the previous year. Yet a bank fee caused the account to be overdrawn. The account was closed without notice. Secondly, whenever I require this bank to cash a check the teller always state that she’s unable to cash a check if the amount isn’t in the account, this stipulation was also placed on a CASHIER CHECK! I don’t want to believe this is an episode of banking while BLACK but for the life of me I cannot phantom as why a cashier check was not able to be cashed. It’s guaranteed money, however, I was told by the “teller” measures are needed to ensure that the check is not fraudulent and that’s their policy. Seemingly so, M&T National customer service line states otherwise. I plan to withdraw my funds and close this account in the morning. This bank serves my kind no purpose, I opened this account for convenience since my credit union is in Belair Maryland. I’ll just have to take the drive.

Received top notch service. Lobby staff was very friendly, efficient, helpful. I usually avoid person to person banking, but was glad I chose to visit this branch today.

Clown bank that doesn't have a drive thru ATM. The ATM that IS there runs out of money every Friday morning. You would think that after at least 10 years of this nonsense, they would get a clue. Nope.

Mobile banking site is down and has been for at least three days...in today's world of technology I need my banks mobile site to be functional...its sad.

This bank goes out of their way to complicate simple things. We needed to get 8n to a box there and they made a federal case of it. It took months, several hundred dollars and plenty of trips to the county office.

THIS BANK SUCKS
