Will never come back. Brought our dog here every few months. Nails clipped, glands cleaned etc. yesterday she was bleeding clots not urine. Called was told no open spots. Told them again she had lost a lot of blood. Hestons response, we do not have time to see her you will have to take her elsewhere. Believe me we did and we will. You will get no more money from us for your lack of compassion and care for our dog.Beware they are not there for you in an emergency. Our dog could have died and they cared less. If I could give no stars they would not even have received the one. Heartless.

I highly recommend Heston. When my pets need vet care, I have total confidence in Dr. Ludwig and his staff. I recently needed quick refills on meds and Doc was so accommodating on getting them filled for me. He has a vast knowledge of domestic animals and will go out of his way for their care and comfort. He personally cares for them as if they were his own pets. Whether it’s a sick visit or well care, the staff at this office treats you kindly and with concern. We travel an hour 1 way to this office and it is a well worth the trip. Best veterinary services we’ve had!

My friend's kitten was injured and they were helpful. But the staff was a little harsh at their questions about the injury. Thankfully the kitten is doing better and improved. Everyone is pleased.

Couldn’t ask for a better Doctor for all my fur babies! The prices are very reasonable. The staff were friendly.Wait times can be long.Wish they had later or weekend hours.I do recommend this practice.

Dr. Ludwig is an amazing vet and you can truly tell he cares about his patients and loves what he does. Him and the staff are always giving my dogs love when they come in and trying to make it as stress free as possible which is great because my Bella is an anxious girl. When my dog Cookie was sick and we found out it was cancer, dr. Ludwig did everything he could to make her feel better and never stopped trying until her and I were ready to let go. As the only vet and owner of the practice, he is doing an amazing job and I highly recommend Heston to anyone!

I really don’t know where to start with this review. Right from the start of my visit, the receptionist, Stephanie, was unprofessional. There was no acknowledgment that we were there. She finally comes over and ask for “the dog’s” name. Then tells me to take a seat. While we were sitting there I noticed the sign to give the receptionist the stool sample. When I took it over to Stephanie, she threw her hands up and said the sign is wrong and to give it to the vet tech. My appt was scheduled for 2:30, we arrived at 2:20. There were 2 other people on the waiting room. Around 3:30 the fill in vet I’m guessing because it was not Dr. Ludwig, was letting Stephanie know that the vet tech was not doing his job right and he called back the wrong dog. Me and the other person in the waiting room named our dogs the same name and they took the other pup back instead of me. The other pup was unfortunately being put down. No apologies to me, just them up venting unprofessionally for all to hear. Finally at 3:45 we are called back to a room. I let the tech know that I have to leave and they need to hurry up my appt. Again, waiting since 2:30. She said they would be able to do everything and get me out by 4pm. I had other obligations and needed to leave. While sitting back in the room, the crew of employees are laughing and being loud in the hallway. Making references to the “Double D’s” being in the rooms. (Our dog’s names are the same and start with D). All while the other owners who were crying in the waiting room because their pup wasn’t leaving with them. It was so unprofessional and I felt so bad for the mother/daughter in the other room. At 4:05, I went out to the receptionists because now the nurse was MIA and let her know we are leaving in 5 minutes if someone doesn’t come back into our room. There was no concern from Stephanie and no one came into our room. We left and will never be back. The couple of times I have been there, Dr. Ludwig was amazing. But if he is not there the staff runs wild. No care, no sympathy, and definitely not professional.

Dr. Ludwig is a very knowledgeable Veterinarian. He literally gets on the floor with your pet to interact. Great experience!!!! The office staff were just as amazing and gave so much great attention to Eddie!!!

I am totally blown away from today's experience. From my first phone call to walking out the door it was everything I could ask for. I loved the vet, who explained in detail what was going on. His assistant was wonderful. The front staff couldn't been better.better

They are just wonderful with my back puppy. The doc is very kind and answered all of my questions no problem. They even gave up a price sheet of what it will be or what it could be to get him fixed and chipped.

A few months back I had called to refill a prescription for my dog. Per veterinary advice, my dog would be on this prescription for the rest of her life. So I called to get her prescription refilled and I’ve realized I was a few months late because my personal life got busy and I was going through personal issues. This person who answered the call refuse to refill her prescription. She kept questioning why it took me so long to refill the prescription. Which I thought was very inappropriate because it was none of her business. But she kept prying and prying. I felt like I was interrogated by this person. I got frustrated and started yelling at her. So because of that they now refuse to service both of my dogs. I asked if their phone calls are recorded to listen to the ridiculous phone call but conveniently it wasn’t. She said I yelled at her but didn’t mentioned she was being ridiculous and nosy. I asked for medical records for my two dogs because I’m taking them somewhere else and they sent me records of the one sided phone calls notes (her version)I had with this employee which was very inappropriate. I called back again to get actual records and was told they would email it to me. I still didn’t get it! I had to call again today. People beware of this place. If you piss them off they won’t service your pets anymore. I will never step foot in this place again. And I will make sure everyone knows my experience there.
