Had the worst haircut experience ever with Karah. She definitely wasn’t comfortable cutting curly hair. I’ve never had a hairstylist detangle my hair with their hands. Just use a comb. I asked for some layers and she only gave me layers in the back. I told her no one has ever cut my hair like that. Didn’t seem to phase her.
And please, if you want to blow dry curly hair, use a diffuser! You are just making it frizzy.
I won’t get my hair cut by Karah again and will be going somewhere else to get this mess fixed.

Been going here for years, can’t say I’ve ever had a bad cut. Gotten used to using the online check in and almost never spend more than 10 minutes for a trim and the ladies are always nice.

I took my grandsons for trims. Both were chopped up and very uneven. Usually never any issues and satisfied with haircuts.

Friendly Staff, but sometimes very busy and there is a long wait, check in ahead of time on the app or website to avoid most of the wait.
