I had problems with one of my Hunter Douglas blinds purchased for my home over 20 years ago. Sue at Furniture Finesse took great care of our problem, sent the blind back to Hunter Douglas, and it was delivered to my doorstep free of charge. The service and friendliness was wonderful. “The ABC123 team moved us from Philly to Harrisburg earlier this month. They not only provided the best rate out of 9 quotes but also were the most driven and hard working team I have ever met. No feat was too challenging for them, including a caveat of our new apt -- it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. They did not blink an eye about it and were super positive the whole time. They also moved incredibly quickly and were very chill and respectful. We had ALOT of boxes, plus a 2 hr drive to the new place, yet everything was completed within a day's time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a great moving experience!”

“We just moved to Dover PA and found this place by looking on Apple Maps and I'm SO glad we did! We went on a Wednesday and found pieces we really liked but got home to find the sofa we liked wouldn't fit. We shopped around a bit more at other places and came back, only to find the employees went above and beyond and found several pieces that would fit our space! We left with a sectional and a dining room set and a huge smile on our faces! Everyone that works here is SO nice (and so are the prices!) they have a wonderful array of styles that are quality pieces. I was super happy after seeing the cheap pieces at Bob's and then getting quality material/heavy pieces at this store. Will absolutely come back!”

“Stopped by yesterday to look at chairs and recliners. Had just what the wife wanted. The prices were fantastic and could not tell it is an outlet item. “Premier rental has been an amazing resource for my family. When we needed a new TV because ours broke we were able to upgrade to a New one with the newest technology and a larger size The payments fit right into our budget, giving us the flexibility to make a bigger purchase rather then settle on something. They came out that day for the free delivery and set up, talk about speedy service! and the tv was warrantied the entire length of my payment arrangement! When my product was paid off they reported it my credit as a one time report paid in full and I saw my credit score increase a few valuable points, and with no credit check at the start I didn't have to worry about a new hard inquiry.When my washer broke I was right back to premier this time utilizing the six months same as cash option! The first washer I chose didn't fit the space but they simply went back to the store and swapped to bring me a model that met my needs better. Mike and Johanna are super friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth and make your shopping experience great. They build relationships and get to know their customers. I am always excited to see them comment on my social media and love that they bring up what's going on on my life when I am in the store. It's that personal attention to building relationships that makes them the best rent to own buisness in the area. The cost, quality and free delivery are great perks too but feeling like your buisness matters and your experience as a customer is always their priority takes them from a 5 star buisness to a 10 star community buisness!! So give them a chance to furnish your home, and build a friendship with you too!”
