As a long time member at Fulton, we recently went to the Cape Horn location to open an additional checking account. Alissa Miller was able to help us and make the process quick and painless. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she was also very personable and wonderful to our 1 year old son. We can’t thank you enough. It’s a great feeling to get exceptional customer in today’s world. Thanks again!

Maaan. This place is not exactly pleasant to deal with. The teller ladies barely noticed me walking in to an empty branch. I had to interrupt their conversation (which wasn't about work) to get some service. When I did, found they don't have a coin machine, and that I couldn't deposit and change unless it was rolled. Was told to go to giant. Then laughed at when I asked for some rolls. Do not recommend. And I am a customer of theirs.

The bank tellers are never friendly. The mobile app is constantly having issues. I’ve been a customer for 22 years and I’ve been thinking of changing banks due to the decline in services over the years.

Absolutely a joke! I deposited money into my account physically IN PERSON. The money was available. Good as it should be. Here’s the catch. I used my money only for them to by the end of the day SOMEHOW the money was available then all of a sudden it wasn’t and they put me in the negative HUNDREDS of dollars. I wake up the next morning to being in the negative AND being charged for insufficient funds- which wasn’t even the case. Then when they “fix it” they post the money deposited the FOLLOWING morning AND DONT REFUND ME MY INSUFFICIENT FUND CHARGE RIGHT AWAY. They tell me i have to another full 24 hours when THEY STOLE IT FROM ME IN THE BEGINNING!!!! I am taking major LEGAL ACTION!!!!!!!!! Do NOT trust this bank the manager takes you as a joke and will not see the severity of THEIR mistakes. Absolutely HORRIBLE!! Stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this particular branch!!!! Maybe the managar needs replaced i can’t believe the disrespect and inconsideration this bank has i couldnt even afford to buy my breakfast before a long hard nursing shift. Now i can’t even get lunch thank to fulton on cape horn road everyone. They steal from me and make sure i can’t get buy food. Just sickening my lawyer is mind blown they aren’t refunding me right away and legal action is being fully persued. Stay away!!!!!!!

So I Was very excited the Day that I purchased the new truck from the Apple ? Chevy Dealership in Red Lion Pa. And white in Red Lion Pa I Decided to Stop into the Fulton Bank Branch down the road ?️ to Cash a Paycheck that I work very hard for which was drawn on Fulton Bank ?!I'm a Very Hard worker,Honest, Dependable, courteous, Polite, Etc etc etc. Not to mention New to the Pa Area and was Absolutely Shocked ? at treatment and Rudeness Service and Outright Discriminatory Manner in Which I received at the Bank ? down the street from the Dealership ❗?I Went in to Cash a Paycheck, Gave the Bank Taylor 2 forms of Id, and The endorsed Payroll Check that I Signed in front of her.After going through all of the standard procedures of variation. The Branch Manager then approached me to Ask Me ?? The Question ⁉️ THAT LED Me to Feel THAT I Was Being Discriminated against.⁉️And This Was The Question ❓WHAT WAS I DOING IN RED LION??????WOW ? OF ALL OF THE QUESTIONS TO ASK FOR CHECK ✅ VERIFICATION ❓ WHAT WAS I DOING IN RED LION PA.WAS IT BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF MY SKIN⁉️WAS IT BECAUSE OF THECROSS ✝️ I WAS WEARING!OR WAS IT STANDARD PROCEDURES ⁉️I'LL NEVER KNOW ❗I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF OPENING A BUSINESS ACCOUNT IN THE MYERS TOWN BRANCH BUT WITH THAT KIND OF TREATMENT,AND HAVING TO PAY 5$ OF HARD EARNED MONEY ? TO CASH A CHECK THAT'S DRAWN ON THE BANK ? THAT I'M CASHING IT IN AND RECEIVE UNEXPECTED UNEXPLAINABLE TREATMENT FROM A SO CALLED BRANH PROFESSIONAL IS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL ❗⁉️❗⁉️❗

Poor customer service. Extremely rude. Not worth putting your money into. Continue to mess up bank cards. Even had money stolen and did not assist with anything. Called them, went in multiple times and still poor service.

I would give it zero stars. I tried to exchange money for smaller denominations. But since I was not a member I could not. Lets get this straight. My money which is from America could not be exchanged in a United States bank due to not having an account. Come on Fulton Bank get your house in order.

This branch can handle basic transactions, but they can't handle 'complex' questions and use the excuse that their customer service people are working from home....

Teller(June) at drive-up window for AM transaction today definately needs more training. I have gone to other Fulton Bank branches in York County with same transactions and those tellers knew exactly what to do. Got nothing done correctly so I drove off and had to go to another bank.

The tellers are the most unfriendly people I have ever met. They act like you are bothering them. Never seen any of them smile. Horrible customer service.

I would give it zero stars. I tried to exchange money for smaller denominations. But since I was not a member I could not. Lets get this straight. My money which is from America could not be exchanged in a United States bank due to not having an account. Come on Fulton Bank get your house in order.
