If you own a car, it will eventually break or need maintenance. These folks know how to fix and maintain them with years of knowledge, expertise, and above all, honesty. What more could you ask for in a automotive relationship? I met Brian nearly 20 years ago, and he is THE best friend a vehicle owner could possibly have. Knowing Forest Hill is in my corner is like an insurance policy, and I've claimed on it a few times in the past two decades. I endorse them with a double thunbs up!

Thursday night (02/08/24) I dropped my 09 BMW 328i off for an oil change and to be looked over since I had recently just bought the vehicle. Friday night (02/09/24) I pick the BMW up around 9:30 since I work the same hours their open and had to wait for my bf to take me. There is now a crack in my windshield. I left them a message Sunday night (02/11/24) since they aren't open the weekends and I have video of the BMW Thursday before I dropped it off without the crack plus I'd be at work Monday morning. Brian, I think his name is, called me at 8:10 ish and asked me to send him the videos I had before and after. I sent him the videos at 8:23 am on Monday. It is now Wednesday and I haven't gotten a single call or text back.
UPDATE
took the BMW to some other dealerships for second opinion where each personally showed me the "issues" forest hill quoted me and explained that only 1 of the things they quoted were correct while the others would've cost me over $2,000 when in reality they weren't needed

Brian and his team are excellent! If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic, I would call Forest Hill Automotive, and Kelly will take good care of you. I've been going here for inspections and service since 2016. They will do right by you and your vehicle. If there is something that seems to be wrong after service or repair (extremely rare occasions), they are quick to get the vehicle back in to make it right. I never have to worry about the quality of service and/or repair I receive at Forest Hills Automotive. Always exceptional and worth every penny!

Nice staff. Tough to get something scheduled though. Then there were concerns over the size of the vehicle fitting in the garage (it's a standard production pickup). Otherwise seems like a good shop for sedans and smaller 2 door pickups.
