I have been banking with 1st National for over 25 years and this location has the best customer service by far! I visited today and had the pleasure of meeting Sue! The conversation was pleasant while banking and her respect and manners were top tier! Some people are quick to complain about everything! Im the type of person that likes to give flowers when they are due ? Thank you Sue! And, thank you Russell for taking care of me also. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone!!

Just spoke with Sue and she was wonderful. Even answered the phone a few minutes before opening. We've always received great customer service from this branch.

Honestly the best bank we have ever banked with. The level of care and trust and support they have offered is above and beyond. We are so thankful that we got started with them and can't imagine how our lives would be so different without them!

They are only getting one star so I can write a review. They MASSIVELY screwed up my car loan due to their incompetence!! And now I have to pay for it so I can get the title to my car. When I called and tried to talk to someone about it, Mike kept talking over me and felt the bank did nothing wrong. They screwed up the account and now I have to pay extra on a car that should have been paid off and the only reason I found out about it was because of us refinancing. Mike wouldn't even admit that it was THEM that screwed everything up. DON'T EVER bank with them unless you enjoy someone stealing money from you

Whatever you do, don’t cash your check with this bank if you don’t have an account! They charge you $10.00. No signs telling you this. The teller who also was the Manager also informed me this is the policy and that I should go somewhere else to cash my check despite telling her that I had been there several times before that and was NOT charged a $10.00 fee. Will tell everyone not to go there for anything! Not even to open an account!!

Recently made the decision to switch banks due to absolute awful customer service. I've worked in customer service before and like to think I am extremely patient, but was refused a manager when I asked for someone additional to speak to for clarification. When it comes to people's money, you have to be patient and respectful! I've spoken to a few different employees trying to get to a resolution, each call took over 40 minutes, and was told to do something different every time. Feeling so relieved to finally close my account today! (Which surprisingly was the easiest task I've been able to complete over the phone with their CSRs.)

I've dealt with a lot of Banks over the years and FNB is better than most. From Downtown B-Mo to Dundalk Md to Cape Horn Pa, they've all been pretty good.

This bank is absolutely horrible. First off when they switched from metro they enrolled me for paper statements and then charged $3.95 for them. Secondly, I went there 4 times and was only helped once due to waiting around for so long that I had to leave. And last but not least, I went through the drive through bank and deposited a check . This check showed up as pending online for 4 days and then the transaction just disappeared and no money was deposited. They never told me that the money never went through or anything, it just never went through and they thought that was ok? I had to call them and have them look at it but they had to call back because their software was down. I will be closing my accounts asap.

This bank . When some place scams you're account. An it is over drawled. They took 74.00 an 22.00 out on fees. I got the place too put the money back. In my account. The next day. But the Manager at redlion cape horn Rd. Is very Ignorant. An she will not give the money Back in your account. ??????????????
