Genuinely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Got told that he “couldn’t do it at that price” after I showed him GoodRx, without even running it into the system to see what it said. I’ll never be coming back to this CVS again, and will continue filling my prescription at Walmart.

The employees that help me at the checkout counter are always very friendly and helpful but everything else about this pharmacy has been terrible. My prescriptions are never ready the same time and they often can’t even find them when I pick them up. Today I had some simple questions for the pharmacist and he acted annoyed that I was even there. He didn’t make eye contact with me the entire time or look up from his computer. It’s perfectly acceptable to not be able to answer a question but there isn’t any need to be so rude.

Quite frankly, the worst pharmacy on the planet. It takes hours, if not days to get things filled if they even get filled, I recommend transferring all your medication’s to Rite Aid, absolute piss poor performance, Cvs.

Majority of the pharmacy employees need an attitude adjustment. They are surly and not interested in courtesy or helpfulness.

Im not sure why coupons are offered if people are treated rude for using them! The store manager Abby was very short and rude. Im pretty sure rite aid or walgreens will be getting our business from now on. What has happened to customer service?

I came to CVS to pick up a large order of prints and for some reason they weren’t there. However, the employee who was at the desk (Linda) was a tremendous help and reprinted them for me no questions asked. Great experience, great employee, and great service. Thank you again Linda!

The male pharmacist is one of the rudest people I have had to deal with. I had to call into the pharmacy multiple times throughout the day. My first call was at 930am it is now 607pm and he looks at me very rudely and says "15 more mins and the cost is $$$ can you even afford that".....I suffer from multiple disorders and needed my medicine to function. I am so upset for how I was treated
