Picked my meds up at the drive-thru today. I was greeted by the associate (he was very pleasant), got my meds, and was on my way in less than 3 minutes. Woo Hoo!!

Why isn’t CVS out of business yet? This CVS is just like all the rest, rude staff, prescriptions take hours to days to fill, and they never get any prescriptions sent through their own CVS website. I hate having to use them and the only reason I do is because my health insurance requires that I do or I pay 3 times the cost elsewhere. CVS pharmacy is THE WORST!!!

Every time I come to this CVS my experience is complete trash. I’m starting to think that maybe this is just the way of customer service any more. It’s unfortunate for sure.

I went to the CVS pharmacy, 723 Lombard Road, Red Lion, Pa at around 1030am and dropped off a prescription to be filled. The girl at the drop off desk said it would be ready in 15 minutes if I wanted to wait. I told her I would return in a couple of hours to pick it up. I returned at 3pm and went to the pick up desk to get my prescription. The young man behind the register asked for my name and dob which I provided. He entered the requested information but apparently it did not come up. He asked me for the information again and to spell the last name which I did. Again, my information did not come up. This was the second time that I used this pharmacy so I was certain I was in the system. Rather than ask for assistance from another more experienced employee, he told me to go back to the drop off desk. When I asked why he spun the computer monitor around and told me I wasn’t in the system and to go back to the drop off desk. I went to the drop off desk and the girl that waited on me took the requested information and had no problem getting my prescription. Needless to say this will be the last time I patronize a CVS pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff is very rude and incompetent. Not to mention that they have staffing shortages and cannot keep the pharmacy open during normal business hours.Taking my business elsewhere.

If I could give the CVS pharmacy a rating of zero stars I would. The pharmacy area is abysmal. There is not one person there that is customer service oriented. They work at a snails pace, walk around with frowns , And give a heavy sigh when they have to wait on a customer. They will tell you your prescription is ready and when you get there it's another hour wait. This hs happened on numerous occasions. Either they need to be re-trained, or you need more staff. either way it is probably the worst CVS that I have been to. And I am not a fan of CVS at all, but unfortunately my insurance dictates where I must go. I find overall the pharmacy area in most of the CVS pharmacies is just plain poor in regard to customer service. I would prefer to go to Walgreens but once again, we have to go where the insurance people tell us.

Sale items are reasonable otherwise prices can be a little high but not overall. Staff is usually knowledgeable about the store. Pharmacy can be helpful depending on who is available at the time.
