Norm was super personable, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable in what he does. I appreciate the effort and time that was put into the diminished value appraisal that was done for my Jeep. Recent had a appraisal done on a 1970 nova left in my mother's estate. Norm was a breeze to work with. Really good guy and very knowledgeable. Fast prompt service and quick return on the 4 page report. Would highly recommend of you need appraisals.

I was interested in a Lincoln and needed a quality pre purchase inspection of a classic car in PA, as I live in Colorado. It was important to me as I had been burned before by buying a Lincoln out-of-state that ended up being in an accident unbeknownst to me. I also didn’t have much time to get this done. I emailed Norm in the evening and he immediately responded and was able to squeeze me into his schedule during a Saturday. We also chatted and I let him know exactly what I was looking for. I could tell that he knew exactly what my concerns were and what I wanted. Due to the tight timeframe, Norm called me immediately upon completion of the inspection and gave me a verbal report. He was very thorough and his expertise with cars was obvious. I ended up negotiating a deal on the car immediately and felt very good about the whole deal and experience. Norm is professional, prompt, responsive, personable, and very knowledgeable. The private owner of the car also let me know how professional and personable Norm was. His rates are reasonable and well worth the cost for peace of mind. I would highly recommend him.

Norm was very helpful and accommodating. He even came to my home on a Sunday to perform the appraisal. Got me an extra $2200 for my totaled truck.. Always get an appraisal before dealing with the insurance company. We'll worth the money.

Great guy, very attentive and professional. He arrived on time and had everything needed to appraise two vintage vehicles left to me by my father. I called a few places before I found Classic Automotive Services and some were answering machines and some wanted credit card info before even seeing the vehicles. It’s not like that with Norm. He answers his phone, he books his appointments, his prices are more than fair, and there is no middle man to add any confusion. 5 stars and 0 complaints!

Norm did an excellent job for a pre-purchase inspection of a classic car. I was buying from across the country, so really needed to have the car looked over before completing the transaction. Norm checked everything very quickly and was very easy to communicate with. His expertise is very much appreciate. I would highly recommend his company.

I hired Classic Automotive Services of York to appraised my 2005 Honda S2000. I was completely satisfied with the results as well the professionalism of the owner Norm. I called other appraisal company's their fees were way too high, I would highly recommend Classic Automotive Services of York.
