There are a lot of negative reviews on here from several years back. But I must say that since I've been utilizing this branch for the past year (2023-2024), the staff and service are excellent! They are understaffed at times, but the tellers (who often work both the line and the drive thru simultaneously) are stellar. Yes, "stellar tellers." Our organization has found the entire staff to be both knowledgeable and helpful in meeting our needs.

If I could give a negative star I would. This bank fails over and over. Customer service sucks unknowledgable staff, extreme fees, outdated systems, poor management and let's add not being open to what is posted but when told about their failures the biggest failure of all is their lack of acceptance and change but rather push off as someone else's fault .

This branch is horrible! I drove all the way out here on my day off (Saturday) and they were closed! Even though their website and Google say they are open 9-1 every Saturday! I hate that they changed from Susquehanna! I will be taking my business elsewhere!
