This is by far the worst and most disrespectful moving company we have ever encountered. None of them know what they are doing. Multiple things damaged. Disrespectful to our neighbors and would not let them off their property because the truck was blocking them In and they didn't care. The cops were called and only then is when they moved the truck. Not what I wanted to deal with on an already big stressful moving day. 0/10 would not recommend them to anyone.

Warner moving broke my dishes and photo frames. Many of my items disappeared after the move and I've never found. My large bin of my babies pictures are gone! They should not be trusted and are very unproffesional.

My husband and I were confronted with a very difficult moving proposition. We needed to send an extremely large sectional sofa through a very narrow doorway and down a flight of stairs. Unsure if it could be done we called Joe at Warners moving and storage in Red Lion. He came out right away, took some measurements and said he thought they could do it. Jeremy, Nate, and Bobby showed up and absolutely worked magic. They were fast, careful, and knew what they were doing. I couldn't recommend these guys more highly. We felt lucky to find them.

So disappointing. Do not believe what they tell you over the phone!! Wait until you get the estimate. The owner will assure you that he's giving the total price but when the estimate comes it's much higher. When questioned about it he will get mean and nasty and then cancel your move. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY! He will try to make you think you misheard him- NOT TRUE! I wrote down exactly what he said. Now I'm left in the lurch trying to find another mover.

What a great experience from start to finish! We are so thankful for Larry and his crew! They arrived during the time given. They were careful with all the large pieces so not to scratch walls or furniture. They worked efficiently. They were fun to visit with and so full of moving knowledge. Thank you for making a stressful time much less stressful! We WILL hire you again!!!

Be very careful...... Warner's Moving broke our 55 inch Smart TV during our move and then would not pay to replace it as they said it must have been broken before the move (why would anyone move a broken TV?). Supposedly we had insurance included in the cost of the move. Our case was moved to Atlas and Warner's would not participate in determining the settlement. I would NOT recommend Warner's or Atlas for any move.

Tonight 6/14/19 while OTR at the Rutter's/Milroy (formerly Tom's location) an Atlas Van Lines truck and trailer pumped over $600 worth of fuel and drive off without paying. The driver's license plate was covered in mud, as reported by Rutter's employees, which leads one to believe the driver very purposefully pumped and drive off without paying. This gives ALL OTR drivers a black eye and I'm sick and tired of it! While this may not be the "home location" of this specific truck and trailer, if you cared about public image and community decency, your company in Red Lion could assist in finding this thief of a driver. What kills me is that your moving rates are pretty damn high across the nation, and your damage rate is a joke at approx $0.60 a pound (per national reviews)?!?!

Used Warner's to move me from Lancaster to North Carolina. Joe came out and estimated the job, and came back with what I thought was a fair quote. Warner's was also the only moving company in the area that would meet my moving deadline, pick up on Wednesday and deliver 2 days later Friday morning. Thankfully the Joe estimated the weight of my stuff about 700 lbs heavier than expected so the final bill was less than the agreed upon quote. That was a nice bonus. The moving crew was extremely professional and careful with my belongings. Only gripe I have, is the morning of the delivery, 30 minutes before the moving truck arrives, I received a text from Joe informing me they are hiring 2 guys local to help unload a heavy safe I have. He said because I didn't tell him there was no elevator where I was moving (up to the 3rd floor) that the extra guys were needed and I would have to pay for it. However, when he originally estimated the job I specifically told him there was no elevator, knowing that could be an issue. It seemed a little unprofessional to get a text about it morning of, so I called him immediately to inform him I would not pay extra and I did tell him there was no elevator from the beginning. He didn't answer and I left him a voicemail, never got a call back. Again, somewhat unprofessional and borderline cowardly if you ask me. I was prepared for a long drawn out fight to not pay extra for the extra bands hired locally, BUT when my credit card was billed, there was no extra expense. All that to say overall, my experience was pretty good with Warner's and I would recommend them to others in the Lancaster County area.

As a worker of warners moving and storage I can say most comments are lies. First off if you pack your owne boxes and your plates break that's unfortunately on you,you didnt pack it correctly therefore its broke you wont get a claim for that. Secound I moved mrs musser who believed her drunk friends over her professional movers because she wasn't there the doors didnt need to come off because it came out fine made it to here new house fine but when I told her friend about moving a stack of boxes back for me he steps on her couch in work boots leaves a black mark blames us. And here entertainment stand was already broken when we picked it up I showed them and let them know. But it was practical board and easily breakable companies wont accept claims on them because your not sapose to move after assembly. Most claims make no sense I work as hard as i can to make moves go easy and all I get is rude customers that call you worthless or anything else.

I had a small office move which involved relocating a few pieces of office furniture from one office to another. I tried unsuccessfully for five weeks to get a quote from a local mover who is less than five miles from our office. I contacted Warners Moving & Storage, who is 35 miles away, and I had a quote from Joe Allen within 2 hours of my request. Once I accepted the quote, Joe immediately scheduled our move, which was performed 3 business days later. I was very happy with our salesman, Joe Allen, who was very professional and understood exactly what we needed and explained the quote to me in detail. When the driver and his crew arrived, I explained in further detail what we needed done, and the movers had everything disassembled, in place, and reassembled in less time than I expected, and exactly as we requested. I was impressed with how quickly the furniture was moved, and the movers were not disruptive to our business in any way the entire time they were here, which is important to any business. My experience with Warners Moving and Storage, specifically Joe Allen, and Larry Martin and his crew, was professional, quick, and effortless on my part. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an office move, large or small.

If I could put down a "0", I would. Terrible customer service, broke many, many items. Would not return phone calls. Sent inept repairman who destroyed even more items. Pictures upon request.
