This last weekend we had to buy a new car because the one we had broke down and to fix it was way to expensive for us. Jayden was helpful, friendly and professional, he understood the problem that we were into, he was empathetic and guide us through the process of acquiring a new car. Jayden asked good clarifying questions around our needs and likes and presented us with a couple of alternatives for us to choose from. We bought what it looks like it will be a great family car and hopefully will last us a long time (longer that the one that we had to get rid off).If someone is looking for a good car sales experience, without feeling that you are entering in a shark tank, ask for Jayden and he will hook you up, in a nice sincere way.

Noone wants to hear that their vehicle needs a major, costly auto repair but Heather in the Service Department made my unexpected repair so much easier to deal with. She was kind & listened while I voiced my angst over whether to refurbish the current system or go with a new, updated one. She empathized with me & encouraged me that I was making the right decision long-term. She is a real gem & made my decision much easier. She made the extra effort to effectively communicate with me & the service technician about recommendations to fix my vehicle. She made sure I got my vehicle back in a timely fashion so that I could make it to work the next day. I look forward to having my vehicle serviced here again in the future.

My boyfriend needed to trade his car in for a newer car. His car was titled in my name. So, I had to go in with him to sign the title over. This happened on July 8, 2023. They said they would take care of surrendering my plate to the state. On Sept. 1, 2023, I received a toll invoice in the mail showing a picture of my plate on someone else's car going over the Verrazano Bridge in NY. I notified the dealership of this right away. Throughout several phone conversations and email communications, I was told several times that they would take care of the toll and confirm the surrendering of my plate. This spanned the course of several weeks. Then I was told that I am to pay the toll and that they already put a check in the mail for reimbursement. They also said that my plate was turned over to the state but just couldn't provide confirmation. On Sept. 26, 2023, I reached out to my local police who confirmed that the plate was still in my name. They had to flag it as a stolen plate. I still never received my reimbursement for the toll either.

my car was to be fixed by the collision center under my insurane. First they gave me a bogus datye to repair and moved it up 2 weeks , Then the did 2 appraisals for the damage from one accident. Then they summited the repair work wrong to my insurance company. Then they did repaires not ortherized by my insurance company and called me too fight with my insurance company for the work they did without arthorization first. then they broke our power windows and added that to bill. then they charged us to wet sand our driver side and buff out and didnt do any of it. They were suppose to do repairs in 7 to 10 days .It took 40 plus days. The collision manager left messages everyday to get money for the work he did without insurance signing off on first and held my car hostage till I got the insurace company to pay 2800 mo0re for repair. THe car sit for weerks and weeks outside and was filthy dirty end to end. Also the manager of the collision shop hung up on us maney times trying to work through this situation. Last thing the have a car wash on site but left my wifes car covewr with bird poop and dust. from construction going on across street.After 2 plus weeks of havving my wifes car we had to get a rental and pick it up at there shop as they ordered it from enterprice.When we brought the rental back the manager refused to allow us to drop it off where they had us pick it up and we were forced to take to to the enterprice lot in york.We asked enterprice if this was protacall and they said no the car should have been dropped off where it picked it up at apple ford collision but dave refused to allow us to do that. My wife had to take off work the next day to return rental. What a terrible way to treat custmores.I knew the owner of apple car stores Mr Terry Steward and he was a honorable man.What happened. We are due a apoligie and for the work to be done that they charged us for. What a terrible experiances for us. We are waiting to see if they finish the work and clean our car .If not we will take further action till we receive satfaction huh. God bless .Homer. My experience with Apple Ford was amazing. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful! “Big Mike” & “Little Mike” : )) and of-course I could never forget Joshua!! Anyone who has ever been car shopping knows just how tedious it can be but these gentleman did a great job in seeing it through as quickly as possible. I am truly blessed to have met them and I pray for infinite blessings for each & every person in Apple Ford!!

I was there before opening hours. Steve Mansell stopped to ask if I needed help before he even brought his personal items to his office. If that ain't top quality service, I don't know what is. They worked on finding a car that would match my budget and needs. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to shop here.

Management needs to realign and get some processes better defined. From the start we were well taken care of, but then it all went down hill. Process for pick up, waiting on financial paperwork and then to delivery! What a difference from how Mac Jones and Apple Ford first started in the past.

I was very pleased with my service visit @ Apple Ford of Red Lion. My vehicle received its yearly inspection and emissions testing while I waited. My vehicle was taken on time, completed in time frame as promised, and price quoted was accurate. Staff was friendly and accountable.

I've never had a bad experience with Apple Ford. I bought my first new car here in 2014...a brand new Mustang GT. The process was smooth and painless, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I may not be their "ideal customer" because I do all the work on my cars myself, but I have taken it here every year for inspection/emissions and I've never had any issues. I appreciate that they never really pushed any special maintenance packages that I didn't want or need. I know not everyone may have the same experience, but this has been mine over the last ~9 years...they've earned these stars

This is the place to go for all your car needs. I went in for an a/c issue and it was taken care of the same day no leaving it overnight. Very friendly knowledgeable staff they provide shuttle service and will have your car done the same day of course depending on the issue. I highly recommend

We purchased a 2023 Ford Maverick! Excellent customer service while purchasing it! Josh and Anthony were more than happy to go over the truck with us. Paperwork is all done electronically and copied into a flash drive! Wonderful, and so easy! My recommendation is to give this dealership a try!
