I had a wonderful experience at Ciocca Ford of Red Lion dealing with Jonna. She went above and beyond to help me find the vehicle that fit my families needs without being pushy or overbearing.

Felicia and the staff were very helpful and professional . Answered all my questions , even took the effort to have a vehicle brought from another lot for me to test drive and that's the one I purchased . I would recommend Ciocca to my friends and family .

Staff is incredibly rude, tried to explain that I had my vehicle moved from collision to service so I could pick it up on the weekend. I was constantly interrupted, had the clerk talk to me incredibly disrespectfully, and another employee yell at me. The people there were very dismissive of my questions. Not to mention they did not reattach my hub cap, but they kept the hardware

Me and my wife bought a bronco from them in late May. The bronco was priced well, but that's probably because it was a 2023 leftover that sat on their lot for 6 months. I've bought 10+ cars in the last 17 years so I do this often, and this dealership experience wasn't the best, but wasn't the worst. So here's my complaints. The sales manager pointed us to his "bronco guy" so I expected the best of the best about knowing broncos. We were told this bronco had zone lighting (which it does not), stabilizer bar disconnect (does not), nor could he tell me what the black diamond had that was above the lower trims (lack of product knowledge). After the deal was made, the finance manager came to me 3 times to ask me to buy extended warranty, paint protection, blah blah. 3 TIMES! I thought that was excessive, offer your best price on those things the first time, don't keep lowering it to try to get me to buy it. So yeah, Not great, not bad, just meh.

Jonna and the team were friendly, expedient, and helpful in getting my transaction done. It was a no pressure experience and they got me into the vehicle I wanted while getting me a very fair trade value on my old vehicle. Here's hoping the new CPO car is problem free, but they reassured me they are ready to support me if anything popped up post-sale!

The heat in my 2017 Explorer stopped working. Dropped if off Monday March 25th. Heather contacted us the next day stating the water pump needed replaced and it would be finished Thursday March 28th. We were informed that the part was covered by our ProGuard Warranty, however, Ciocca's labor rate was more then the warranty covers and we would need to pay that as well. So we were looking at about $200 with the deductible and extra labor charge. Wednesday March 27th, we received a phone call from Heather that while taking the car apart, the tech(Nate), broke/tore the boots on the sparks plugs taking them off and that it would be an additional $400 to replace the boots and spark plugs. Obviously I was not happy with this news as why am I responsible for paying for something the tech did? Then Heather's story changed to he didn't break them, they were corroded and broke apart. I asked to speak with a manger and I was transferred to Pam. Pam had to check into this and get back to me. Pam called back and explained and insisted Nate did not break them rather they were old corroded and broke apart. I agreed to pay for the parts (another $178) but no labor as there should be some responsibility on there end for this. The story changed from the tech broke them to they fell apart. We have the old parts as requested and they are NOT corroded. It was clearly tore. If a mistake is made own it, don't make it your customers problem. So now were are looking at Monday April 1st for completion and a bill of $409. Monday comes and we receive a phone call from Heather that the water pump did not fix the problem so they needed to do the heater core. Heather said all parts and labor for this were covered under with our warranty. It was to then be completed Thursday April 4th. Thursday morning comes(the day its to be done again) and we receive a text from Heather that the part just arrived that morning(4 days after ordered) and it would likely go into Monday April 8th as it's a 14 hour job. Monday comes and we hear nothing come 5pm so my husband text the number to see if it's ready. 6pm comes and I call and service is closed so I speak with a general manager Steve. I explained everything to him and even questioned why the labor rates are different and fully covered for the heater core which is a much larger job and not the water pump? Steve stated he would look into all of this and he or Joe would be in contact with me the following day. Next morning, April 9th, we receive a text from Heather that she was out of the office the previous day and that while putting the dash back on some of the clips broke and they had to order them. Why would someone not contact us and let us know this information when the vehicle was to be finished that day.? So now it was to be completed Wednesday April 10th. No phone call from Joe or Steve. Wednesday comes and at 4pm, end of the day, were informed that the clips didn't come in so it should hopefully be finished Thursday April 11th. Thursday afternoon comes and we receive a message from Joe that its done and the heat works and that they were able to get our total to $345. There is still no explanation as to why the labor rates are different and the spark plug boots were definitely not corroded. There are also scratch marks on the inside of my driver door panel which were not there before. This was by far the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any dealership with the most unprofessional and careless employees.
