Horrible experience, took my truck there for oil change and tire rotation. Get a few miles down the road and the add oil light comes on. They only put 2 quarts of oil in it out of 6. Then today after washing my truck I discover that they didn't put all of my lug nuts on my tires back on tight. Hard to trust dealerships anymore

I wish i could rate lower than 1 star. I brought my 2008 chevy silverado in for an airbag recall. The technician who performed the service busted my dashboard to pieces and broke my glovebox also. Nothing was said to me about the damage they caused when they called and told me it was ready. I Called them as soon as i noticed the damage. The temporary service manager was really understanding and told me to come back to the dealership so he could take pictures of it and send it to his boss and see if we could reach a solution. They got back to him and told him this happens almost every time with older vehicles such as mine and theyre not going to do anything to make it right because i wasnt a long time customer. So now i have a dashboard thats broken up like a bunch of tortia chips and a glovebox that doesnt work. So i would like to warn everyone thinking of getting their car serviced at this dealer that theyre gonna do whatever it takes to get your vehicle done as soon as possible so they can make the most amount of money possible. Regardless of the corners they have to cut and how much stuff they break. I will never buy another chevrolet, or anything from any one of the other ciocca dealers. Thanks for nothing

Awesome Experience. Explained all options of purchasing in detail and answered any questions we had. Alison stayed over a hour passed closing and and still took time to go over few of the truck.
