They attempted to fix my husbands heat and after we paid 349 dollars he drove off and the heat shut off. He took it back and they attempted again and eventually gave up. The office was closed for the day so he called back the next day and talked to the owner/office lady and asked her to work with him and refund atleast some of the money but she would not! So still no heat and we ate out the 349 dollars! I will be writing a letter to the better business bureau!

Would not recommend! It's been nothing but frustration dealing with them. They don't honor appointment times. One inspection visit I had to wait over an hour past my appointment. Second visit was 30 minutes past my appointment. All the while multiple workers were milling around the office and not doing anything. We made an appointment a 3rd time and when we called to confirm, they said we didn't have an appointment (they failed to put us in the system) and we had to reset the appointment. Their scanner was not working properly so she wrote down my card info and told me to go ahead and leave. They are not professional. We also had our vehicle taken there for repair of the front bumper and they literally used a basic screw to connect the broken trim back on the front. It looked awful. They also didn't plug back in the head light after the fix so we had to figure out why the lights weren't working. When I called to complain, they didn't care and didn't offer to fix it until I pressed the issues. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!
