Redner's Markets seem to vary by location, but across the board their produce tends to be pretty fresh and prices are reasonable. The overall selection is a little smaller and kind of old fashioned, however they are trying to get up to date on some things.
They are including more gluten free products, but don't try to find an all out health conscience aisle addressing everything from vegan to Paleo or keto like Giant and Wegmans have. Not much ethnic variety either.
That said, it is a store I like for the basics when I don't want to be overwhelmed.
I asked if they had konjac, ( miracle), noodles.
which even Weis has. They didn't.
Unlike Weis, however, I have a little more faith in their produce.
Side note: I don't really trust the fresh proteins, especially seafood, at either, particularly in open style cold cases. Some have switched to closed ones. They all should.
I don't eat the bakery products but family members have enjoyed them, especially the cheesecake.
They also make fried chicken on premises. That will be usually gone by late afternoon/ early evening.
The staff at Redner's is exceptionally nice most of the time.

I used to love shopping at redners, but my last few visits I noticed their prices were higher than Wegmans, about par with Weis and Giant. It’s a nice store that’s well stocked and clean.

I just feel as though some staff in there are racist. Not a friendly place.. I found 1 person that was friendly and helped me find what I was looking for.
