I just came here to say that this place is so so sweet so compassionate and definitely so caring! Came in for a emergency check up with my 3 kids. my pup had fallen and broke his leg they were so accommodating made sure me and my kids had a chair to sit on made sure my pup was ok and handle him with such care! I got to say they were amazing! ? turned out though my puppy had two bone fractures and have to get him asap to the orthopedic they recommend some and started handling him right away now due to finances I had to call around to see with orthopedic would of been cheaper for me but I am so thankful for everything they have done ❤️

Dr. Mullikin and team were fantastic with my buddy Leo and me. They listened to my concerns carefully and avoided jumping to quick conclusions. They made thoughtful recommendations and explained the reasoning behind them, which made Leo feel very comfortable.
My appointment was scheduled for 9:20 AM, but they took us back earlier, and all of my questions were answered. The shots were completed within 20 minutes. I was extremely happy with this visit!

We LOVE Dogs Back in Motion at Willow Creek Veterinary Center. Oscar always felt so relaxed after his treatments. Beyond how much better it made him feel, they were so compassionate, caring and always went the extra mile for us. Their guidance, advice and help was above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. Whether it was telling a story, sharing an experience or just listening and letting me shed a few tears, coming here was one of the best decisions we made. I don’t think I could have done this journey without them. Our pup passed at the end of last month, but bringing him here improved his quality of life so much for the last 7 months. Marie and Rachel are the best!

I cannot thank the vets at Willow Creek enough for helping my cat Quib. They took extensive tests to figure out the source of his problems and called me quickly and regularly with updates about results and medication. I'm happy to say that ever since Quib started his phenobarbital, he's not had another seizure. Thank you for improving his quality of life ???? I don't know their names as vets, but I know one woman's tag said Lauren, so thank you to her and the other vet who helped us out! They loved my baby man ☺️

Staff are knowledgeable, courteous and the on site emergency clinic is excellent. The practice has ample convenient hours to accommodate work schedules.

Marie and Rachel are fantastic in the PT department. If you are looking for a place that does hydrotherapy and cold laser therapy, I highly recommend it!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Staver and her assistant today. They both were kind and gentle with my 14 year old cat and were encouraging and informative with how I can continue to take good care of him.

Dr. Staver is wonderful. She annd the entire office have a way of making you feel at ease and comfortable, especially when you’re incredibly worried about your PET Who means everything to you? She very quickly finds a solution to any problem and puts your mind and heart at ease Dr. Staver we cannot thank you enough.

After Moose had vomited a few times in a day I called Willow Creek the following morning to see about getting him in for a visit. The staff managed to fit me in the same day, got xrays, decided surgery was the best step forward and Moose went in for surgery within the hour. Had him home that same day and on the road to recovery.
Can’t thank the staff and Dr. Lucena enough at Willow Creek Veterinary Center for honestly saving Moose's life and doing an amazing job in getting him fixed up. There are plenty of vet's closer to me but Willow Creek is worth the drive without question every single time.

ever since the one veterinarian had left this place (i can't remember her name, but i know quite a few people did not like her), this place has been nothing but welcoming and safe. each veterinarian i've worked with had outstanding bedside manners when it came to putting down my pets (i've had to put down quite a few in 2023). fees are not bad at all, 100% recommend
