Very very very overpriced it took them a week to do my taxes. Then they give me a envelope and I have 30 days to pay for my taxes which was almost $500I will never go back to this place

It was a very helpful experience and my kids did not have to interfere with the process. It was a very quick process too. I liked how the people where so nice and worked around my budget. Thank you William G. Koch & Associates. :)

Horribly overpriced and they take too long for what can be done in one day on Turbotax.

I had my taxes done here once. It took them about a month to do what I could've done in 2 hours with turbotax. On top of that they charged me an arm and a leg. I definitely do NOT recommend them.
