Slowest employees known to man. Penndot is fast compared to them. Save time by going to 5th st. This places does not care that you are waiting 30-40 min every time you visit.

Horrible is an understatement! I live just a few blocks away from this branch and avoid going there. Every single time I have gone there I have a problem. Recently, I got fed up and complained to Wells Fargo about them and got an empty apology and a totally vague response. Incompetent management and staff. ATM's are frequently offline there as well.

HORRIBLE!!! Waited for an hour to cash a check in drive thru and watched other lanes open and People getting taken care of . Need a new crew or something but this location is the worst!! Want to give no stars but won’t allow me to post.

Worst service ever, closed my accounts with Fargo and opened them with a local credit union where customer service is priority. Wells Fargo does not care about its customers at all.

Tuesday morning, I walked in at 9:15 am and waited almost to 9:40 before I left late to work, was only waiting to deposit a check, which did not happen!! Only one teller working who was having conversations with the customer. She didn’t even make eye contact with the rest of customers. The manager just kept apologizing for the long wait but didn’t not try to assist the teller. Not what I called “courtesy” as they implied!!
