Stopped at this location for one thing in the electronics department. Of course, everything is locked up so had to wait until the associate was done with the present customer. No problem. Once it's my turn, an employee jumps in front of me to get rung up for a can of soup for his break. I said, excuse me. He says, it's no big deal, only a couple of seconds. That's not the point! He says, well it doesn't matter, there's my manager, talk to him. I was speechless with this behavior! The manager, team lead, apologizes and I get my item and leave but not without trying to find a higher up. No luck but I did speak with a female that seemed to understand that this was not appropriate by any means. I don't know what happened, probably nothing but I do know that I will NEVER step in that store again. ?

Pretty typical Walmart. Was able to find what I was looking for and several staff were friendly and helpful towards me.

The "customer service" desk is a joke. They did everything but help me. I went here only to return shoes that were given as a gift to my son, that had the velcrow strap just fall off. (Which is just cheap quality, not why I'm upset.)
The first lady behind the counter said, very snarky, "You can't return those without a reciept. How do we even know you bought them here?" To which I said, "they are one of your brands. If you come with me to the shoe section, you will see them."
Then, she called over another lady, who was even more rude. She came over and starts the conversation with, "sorry mami", (which I could tell was her way of degrading people). She continued by scoffing at me, laughing, and then (as I was already walking away sad that my son's only pair of shoes could not be replaced, and we don't have money to replace them- which is why they were a gift), she added, "they're too worn anyway."
So, she did know they came from their store, but refused to help me. By the way, my son is 5, and when they are his only shoes, yes, they get worn, even after only 5weeks.
I later went to my home store in Elverson, where they very kindy helped me and treated me with dignity.

They allow scammers to offer gift cards then take them back when you don’t meet requirements, don’t bother talking to the electric guy there!

The pharmacist at those location is a different breed. He took the time to put my care first and to make sure none of my medications had violent interactions.
