Been to this store many times.1. Once the pharmacy didn't fill the whole pain prescription given by a Doctor. 2. Bought a phone and when I asked the clerk in electronics to call the number to help me install it and get the promised discount. The clerk pretended and I was charged a ridiculous monthly phone bill. 3. Bought some groceries and was overcharged, btw I've been buying this product which was coffee at this location many times. I bought the same coffee at different places and knew and saw the sticker price at all locations before purchasing. I called the store, and no answer, called customer service and was told by a young woman she couldn't help me due to her not being able to she would take my email and tell the manager to text me. Beware of overpricing of this location. Check your recipient.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. There in never anyone that wants to help you. And never enough registers open. Today I spent $2337.56 in this store and when I called to ask a question the phone got answered 4 times. The first 3 times someone picked up just to immediately hang up. OMG I WAS SO PISSED. The 4th time s young lady picked up and actually answered my question.. I hate this store and I'm returning all this crap i got from there and rebuy it in Target. I dont even care if it cost me a couple of hundred dollars extra.

It's been real nice being a Walmart customer every time I go I spend way more then I can afford over $100 but after today I guess Target and Walmart are no longer getting me as a customer.....I went to the store in Reading in Exeter, PA I usually park in the Garden center then they sometimes open the doors when they close them on me.....they never make any announcements that they are closing doors like other Walmarts do.....I know how to open the door so today my wife tried to get someone's attention he ignored her.....so I opened the door myself....then that ignorant employee chased my family down to yell at me and curse me out (which to be fair I did it as well) then he called LP and they chased my family down he told me if I do it again he will trespass me....I don't really care but my problem is the reason....because I have kids that I want to get out of the store quickly?? I'll start shopping local from now on....

I use to like shopping here but it went down hill. There's never any employees around when you need them and when you find one, they have earphones in, they don't speak English, or they have no idea what you're talking about! Employees seem very lazy and need proper training

Deliveries consistently delivered to various wrong addresses. And if you "start a return" as instructed via the app they mark it against you as though YOU were suspicious. Nobody at the store answers the phone to get assistance. Treat your people better Walmart so they can treat customers better!

Walmart needs to hire employees who care at this location. It is very apparent they don't care. Need an example.... just watch them put items in bags for those who pick up online orders. ALSO, I fell recently in the deli area because the floor was wet and 2 employees just walked away from me. Didn't even help me up. Why?????

I understand the store opens at 6 am but if the doors are WIDE OPEN at 5:55am and I walk in, I don't expect to be told to leave. In a very rude manner. I asked to use the bathroom before I walked out and was told even louder that I'm not supposed to be in the store and I need to leave. FIVE MINUTES EARLY!!!!! SERIOUSLY???? Will not return to this store.

This wal-mart has turned to complete crap. Use to be the nicest one in all of Berks County & I'm sure its because corporate pays their employees like sh*t that they cant get good help. I called 7 times in 2 hrs during peak day hours & not a single employee picked up the phone, at one point I heard someone pick it up & then hang up. I even let it ring over 20-30 times each time thinking they were busy. I get there at night time to return a few things from the prior day & the greeter says customer service is normally open til 8pm but today they've been closed all day in that department so have to come back. The 1st night I went, there was 2 employees that didn't speak much English that they couldn't really be of any help to me. Their one department where the blinds were was a complete mess & nothing organized or in correct sections that I had to shuffle through to finally get what I needed. Fast forward another day forward & I went to return the wrong size item & seek the correct ones. The girl who was working that night was young & had absolutely NO polite customer service skills as everything was more of demanding questions in an irritated tone "what do you need?, you have the receipt?, what's wrong with it?" I had already told her I needed to return blinds & get the correct size & clearly the returned items were fully sealed & unopened.

I was in Walmart Perkiomen Ave, Reading today. The health and beauty aids section has been rearranged obviously to prevent theft. It is so theft deterrent that the department is also a fire trap and random shooting trap. There is no way out of this department in an emergency. The section is like a maze with cameras all over the place. Extremely tight space to enter and exit the area. One shopping cart in the wrong place and you are trapped in. Walmart cares more about saving its goods than saving lives. I feel especially bad about the employees who have to spend hours stocking the shelves in that department. I will never shop in Walmart again. My next step is to notify the fire marshal. SHAME on Walmart for their total disregard for the safety of it's customers and employees.

Forget trying to use the fitting room in this store. The sign on the door says open 10-5 but at 1pm no one in sight. The doorway to the fitting room was blocked with boxes same as it was two three days before. I had an arm full of items to try but ended up leaving them on top of the boxes. I am not wasting my time trying on clothes at home just to drive back to return or exchange. The first time I went this week the employee said they "lost" the key to the fitting room. Three days later I guess it is still lost.

I'm not comfortable giving Walmart #1777 1/2 a star. Been a loyal costumer and never had any major issues, until Sunday 02/14/2021, and Monday 02/15/2021. Both days my order was processed charged delivery time confirmed, received multiple notifications and emails from Walmart saying my order was processed but delayed and already on its way to my house. Well I never got the groceries never got notifications about anything being cancelled. so both days I waited and waited.. still zero delivery and my card was billed including drivers tip. Suddenly after 3+ hrs of delays my order is randomly cancelled. I just don't understand how it gets cancelled if it was billed, picked up, and on the way to my house..!?!? So Walmart processed my order billed me for it plus drivers tip scheduled a delivery date and time confirmation for delivery on its way but delayed. Hence it just got cancelled while on the way. I'm confused,??!!!!! Can someone please give me an update explaining this nonsense.

What a piece of $hit store. First off, my wife needed to get a passport photo. Evan, the guy who does this, stated he had been there for 11 hours and walked away. When I asked the other guy, who was there talking to Evan, what Evan's last name was, he stated he didn't know. I called Bull$hit and found another employee. I asked this other employee the name of the manager and where I might find them. He stated he didn't know the manager's name or where I could find them. I called Bull$hit and completed my shopping. While shopping, I was interrupted 3 times by Walmart employees shopping for COVID-terrified Pu$$ies, to get by me while I was shopping. HEY WALMART, YOUR ONLINE COVID-TERRIFIED PU$$Y SHOPPERS DO NOT TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER ME WHILE I'M SHOPPING!!
