Been to this store many times.1. Once the pharmacy didn't fill the whole pain prescription given by a Doctor. 2. Bought a phone and when I asked the clerk in electronics to call the number to help me install it and get the promised discount. The clerk pretended and I was charged a ridiculous monthly phone bill. 3. Bought some groceries and was overcharged, btw I've been buying this product which was coffee at this location many times. I bought the same coffee at different places and knew and saw the sticker price at all locations before purchasing. I called the store, and no answer, called customer service and was told by a young woman she couldn't help me due to her not being able to she would take my email and tell the manager to text me. Beware of overpricing of this location. Check your recipient.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. There in never anyone that wants to help you. And never enough registers open. Today I spent $2337.56 in this store and when I called to ask a question the phone got answered 4 times. The first 3 times someone picked up just to immediately hang up. OMG I WAS SO PISSED. The 4th time s young lady picked up and actually answered my question.. I hate this store and I'm returning all this crap i got from there and rebuy it in Target. I dont even care if it cost me a couple of hundred dollars extra.

It's been real nice being a Walmart customer every time I go I spend way more then I can afford over $100 but after today I guess Target and Walmart are no longer getting me as a customer.....I went to the store in Reading in Exeter, PA I usually park in the Garden center then they sometimes open the doors when they close them on me.....they never make any announcements that they are closing doors like other Walmarts do.....I know how to open the door so today my wife tried to get someone's attention he ignored her.....so I opened the door myself....then that ignorant employee chased my family down to yell at me and curse me out (which to be fair I did it as well) then he called LP and they chased my family down he told me if I do it again he will trespass me....I don't really care but my problem is the reason....because I have kids that I want to get out of the store quickly?? I'll start shopping local from now on....

I use to like shopping here but it went down hill. There's never any employees around when you need them and when you find one, they have earphones in, they don't speak English, or they have no idea what you're talking about! Employees seem very lazy and need proper training

Horrible pharmacy.I was denied purchasing insulin between 6:45-6:47pm on 4/29/23 because I was told they can’t take cash payments. Pharmacy did not closed until 7pm, and I was still denied life saving medicine because they refused to take cash. I asked for manager repeatedly they refused by not contacting the store manager. Pharmacist told me he couldn’t help me. Another pharm. assoc. stated, “If you give exact change, we can’t give change back or a receipt, then we can give you the insulin.” The assoc. said, “I’ll ring it up in the morning.” Whyyyy? How is this morally okay? When did you stop taking cash payments at the pharmacy? It was NOT a computer issue. An associate took their drawer too early and they denied me insulin because I was paying in cash!

Absolutely horrible. NO COMMON SENSE WHATSOEVER!! If a script calls for a substitute but doesn’t have directions, call the dr and get them before having the customer drive 35 minutes just to sit and wait another 30-40 minutes for you to get the directions. And then be told by the tech that it didn’t call for a substitute at all. I will definitely be switching to a different pharmacy!!

There quick and friendly .always got my meds filled on time and good with my insurance etc. No complaints.. the new phone call in way is different .to much talking. I liked where you just type it all in but ok ..

Deliveries consistently delivered to various wrong addresses. And if you "start a return" as instructed via the app they mark it against you as though YOU were suspicious. Nobody at the store answers the phone to get assistance. Treat your people better Walmart so they can treat customers better!

Even though I have to get one of my medications from a different pharmacy bc they do not keep it in stock or not enough of it, I think Walmart's Pharmacy on Perkiomen Ave is great. Never a long wait, always answer questions and staff is very pleasant, which is a rarity these days. Unlike the rest of Walmart, the pharmacy also answers their phone. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!

Walmart needs to hire employees who care at this location. It is very apparent they don't care. Need an example.... just watch them put items in bags for those who pick up online orders. ALSO, I fell recently in the deli area because the floor was wet and 2 employees just walked away from me. Didn't even help me up. Why?????
