Delivery time changed from 930am to 130 pm then to 1130am to 330 pm, and now again to by 755 pm. Wasted my whole day waiting for delivery. You suck!

I honestly don’t know how USPS is still functioning. The incompetence is through the roof! My sister paid extra for priority mail delivery. There is no added option for text and call or to even take it back to post of fix and notify you of where your package is, leaving you the option of either going to pick it up or to deliver it again. Amazon is way more efficient and they just started yesterday. I hope Amazon buys USPS. I still haven’t received my express package since Wednesday. It is already Friday

I live on a half street which that in itself is a joke...for example you have 16th Street then 16th 1/2 Street. Who ever thought this was a good idea when naming the streets of Reading must have been too lazy to think up some extra street names. Plus there will be the exact same house number on 16th as 16th 1/2. Real smart. Anyway I had a package coming from China. The company I ordered from would not allow me to put in 1/2. I come across this issue a lot. So I had to write out 123 16th And A Half Street. Did this several times before, never an issue. So I tracked this package. The carrier instead of taking the time to look at the address goes over to 16th Street and tries to deliver it over there. Exact same house number, different street. At least the people who lived there were honest and said its not ours. So what the carrier do, She takes it back to the post office. I called, spoke to a nice guy who actually got her on the phone. The carrier LIED, said the address only said 16th St. I told the guy on the phone from Mt Penn post office I was looking right at my order and explained the issue why I had to spell it out. He was on the phone with me and the carrier at the same time. She kept lying. What stinks was they already had my package on its way back to the main mail facility and no way to get it back. Over $100 worth of stuff I ordered gone. The carrier did not want to admit she messed up. After the package was refused at the wrong house she obviously never bothered to look at the address again or would have seen "and a half street" was spelled out. My package was gone because I called the next day about it. I had to jump thru hoops to get the USPS to pay for my stuff. Biggest bunch of under worked and over paid group of complainers I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Unless you are working in a mail facility on a sorting machine where you actually have to hustle I have no sympathy for anyone that works at the Post Office. And answer the phone once in a while.

Extremely slow to get ahold of any one. And weird closing hours if you work 9-7 you are screwed out of getting your packages that need signature inless you call off. The mail people never knock just leave a notice that you need to pick up the packages and leave

Overall this post office is friendly and helpful. Lindsey on the other hand is super unpleasant and rude watch out for her. She should take more breaks cause her job seems to be to much to handle. I asked to speak with he supervisor and they were all out to lunch! Quite the ogre !

Exeter Woods: Delivery person stuffed package in mail portion of community box - took two people to get it out after we cut open the package and dealt with the broken lid on one of the containers. There are package boxes in the community facility - obviously the delivery person was just TOO TIRED to bend over!

Woman with blue hair is a nightmare to work with. I’ll drive a little further to UPS next time. This office is proof that the post office needs to be abolished and replaced with private enterprise.
