Worst experience of my lifetime. Waiting on a phone delivery that required signature. Called UPS every day that it was scheduled to be delivered to tell them I don't get home til 5. Delivery truck was sitting at the UPS hub when it was supposed to be out en route. After calling and going thru 15 minutes of voice prompts, when I did get a rep, it was an ignorant customer service rep giving me lip service and providing no assistance, only aggravation. Never ever ever ever ever again.

Overall not a bad location, I had multiple issues with one female employee not wanting to take amazon return packages. Statung that she cannot print the label even with Amazon provided QR code. Stating that no label or box required.

This is the second time this week they say my address is invalid or undeliverable. It is the address EVERYONE ELSE USES. Unless you get in and spell the address out fully they say they will send the package back to sender. What happened? There is no human customer service. The AI chatbot is useless. Don't ever use these people anymore. As a follow up I contacted them on FB. They told me the driver couldn't find my street. I was promised a call back with a real person. They lied. I've never heard from any of them. If I could give them NO STARS I would. I will cancel my order and reorder through someone that will not ship UPS.

Update 7/11/24: Another UPS package was marked as “delivery attempted” and yet again, delivery was NOT attempted. This one also says they are taking it to the access point. I pay for shipping for items to be delivered to my house, not a store 5 miles away. Per customer service, I should get a call from the Reading customer center. Something needs to be done about drivers doing this.
Frequently the driver will mark my packages as “delivery attempted” yet they are not packages that require signatures and the driver does not even try to deliver. The driver never leaves a notice indicating they supposedly tried to deliver either because they don’t actually try. Several times they have written “lane impassable” on the boxes when I finally do get them. There are no issues with the driveway to my house. I get heating oil delivery, Amazon deliveries, FedEx and DHL deliveries, etc. with no issue yet somehow UPS can’t drive in the driveway? I communicate with customer service who tells me the local center (which is this one) will return my call yet they don’t.
The most recent incident incident happened yesterday. I checked tracking and it said “delivery attempted” yet I was home and waiting for the package and no one came in the driveway. No notice was left regarding this supposed delivery attempt. Tracking said my package was going to CVS for pick up. I contacted customer service twice yesterday stating I needed the package delovered to my home today. They told me I would receive a call and my package would be delivered to my house. Well, guess what? No phone call and the driver took my package to CVS. So not only was my package a day late because the driver didn’t feel like delivering it yesterday, I had to get a ride to CVS to get my package because they chose not to call me or follow instructions from customer service.
If I knew before ordering from places that they use UPS for shipping, I would never order which is a shame for that company to lose business due to UPS being so incompetent at their jobs.

I’m very unhappy with UPS!! Wednesday expecting a package, they didn’t even come on the property but marked my package as wrong address or incomplete address. I go through this every time I have a package coming through UPS. The property has a house and about 10 trailers on it, my house is only the street address all the others are the same street address except they have a letter also. So I called the next morning and got it straightened out and the package is coming today, but now I have another package in limbo. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday but got marked the same way. When I know I’m getting a package through UPS I watch for them and when they come I go outside to catch them and get my package. But I can’t do this if they don’t even come on the property and take it upon themselves to mark it wrong address. I’m so sick of this!!

I recieved a text message I believe is a fraud. I tried to call the customer service help line. The phone system they have does not understand and will not connect me to a service rep. Worst experience I've ever had with UPS.

UNABLE TO PERFORM WHAT THEY OFFER. The absolute worst way to ship anything important or time sensitive. I paid for overnight shipping… massive failure….3 days later zero help from the location I shipped from and an automated service that will drive a person insane.
