Overall not a bad location, I had multiple issues with one female employee not wanting to take amazon return packages. Statung that she cannot print the label even with Amazon provided QR code. Stating that no label or box required.

Whyyy are they close everytime??? They held my package for a week now my package is going to be send back because they haven’t open for a week! Awful!

I recieved a text message I believe is a fraud. I tried to call the customer service help line. The phone system they have does not understand and will not connect me to a service rep. Worst experience I've ever had with UPS.
