I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I have had at a new car dealership. Starting with Curtis, my salesperson, he was very patient and accomodating. He took the time to point out all the features and had everything ready for delivery. Also wanted to acknowledge Michael, the product specialist. He had me setup and registered with the Mercedes app prior to my arrival. He went over everything in detail and set my wife's phone up as well. I don't have the name of the Finance person, but he was excellent as well. I strongly recommend Masano Mercedes to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I had the best experience with Nate Rodriguez at Tom Masano. He was always amazing at getting back to me and answering any questions I had. He also made the transition so smooth and easy. By far the best and least stressful car buying experience, and that isn’t easy these days! I look forward to working with him again in the future. I highly recommend.

I was in last Saturday to test drive a car. German was my salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and made the experience very easy. Everyone in the showroom was warm and friendly. I left Saturday with my new car, and I couldn't have had a better experience. 5 STARS.

Service department is full of people who are so complacent they get excited at the first chance to be rude. Asked for a price for a rear alignment and before the desk person had the chance to answer some angry woman behind a wall yelled “WE DONT DO REAR ONLY 4 TIRE”. They didn’t update my info in the system so they couldn’t reach me when my car was done, when I called the guy acted like I was bothering him and said “it’s been done”. It’s sad because the sales people are nice, service dept just a bunch of angry Karen’s that need to be retrained or not talk to the public. I get it you been doing your job 50 years and hate it, so find a new one or retire so you’re not so miserable.

I can’t say enough great things about the experience at Masano - both at the Auto Park and the Mercedes Benz dealership. If you’re looking for a new car, I highly recommend asking for Nate or Lucas. Both are wonderful to work with! We will be back.

I just moved from California where they have the countries largest MBZ dealerships and have owned 7 Mercedes in my lifetime. The service department at Tom Masano MBZ was by far the best I have ever encountered. The service manager Steve Bare went above and beyond. He earned my trust because he didn’t try to upsell me and was very candid. They took great care of us and I will be coming back for sure. I would highly recommend this team

Purchased a vehicle a few months ago and was very satisfied with the service! Huge shout out to Curtis, a very professional and friendly person. Curtis was able to gather my info ahead of time to reduce the time spent at the dealership. He consistently followed up with me on the status and was very nice to talk to. Highly recommended!
