“Very friendly and professional! Long story short I took my car to Mavis which was a big mistake they ended up completely messing up my tire and I had to get it replaced for their mistake. I came here and they were so nice and took me right away for a tire install! Only $20.99 to get a tire put on and he even took the time to look at the rest of my car to make sure Mavis didn't mess anything up! Safe to say I will only be coming here from now on!”
“I needed my car inspected and decided to give Touba Collision and Auto Repair a try. I entered the reception area and was greeted immediately by LaLa. I expressed my desire to have my car inspected she explained to me that the person that normally does it was not available at the moment and made a phone call to Melanie at Touba Tires. I went to Touba Tires and to my surprise Melanie was waiting for me outside! As soon as I mentioned her name she greeted me with a warm smile and said LaLa had just spoke with her about me. She took my car in the garage and took e-card of her business!!! I’m telling you Touba and it’s Employees LaLa, Lester, Melanie, Galax are some of the ones I’ve had the pleasure of meeting with. “I've always been very particular when it comes to the detail and care of my vehicles. My first experience with KAM goes back over 10 years, when looking for an installer that could handle large diameter, low profile tires (without damaging my wheels). The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was the beginning of a trust relationship that has never let me down.
Most recently, we had a scheduling mishap which resulted in me showing up on the wrong Saturday for inspection. Bryner, being the class act that he is, took my car in anyway, knowing that it would cause his day to get even longer. Needless to say, they are highly recommended for anyone who appreciates the value of knowing the job will be done right, without exception.”

“We just had tires put on both vehicles and Dulin's did a fantastic job! Ann is super knowledgeable and we got the vehicles in quickly. Her honesty is what I loved the most and she also gave us advice as we left to make sure to rotate every 5000 miles so the tires last longer. I saw an earlier review where someone referred to her as a secretary-she's one of the owners and she runs that whole front of the shop which is extremely busy. They are the real deal-great service, no extra costs and everything explained in an informative manner. Highly recommend!”

“I’ll be very honest. Dulin’s isn’t going to kill you will kindness. They’re not rude or unfriendly, but rather very straight to the point. However, that’s not what I’m looking for out of a mechanic.
They won’t screw your over and up charge you on every little made up thing to go wrong. It’s hard coming by honest mechanics nowadays and we’ve had nothing but great things to say. I had another local place tell me my breaks were at 95% and may not get me home if I didn’t replace them right then. I came here at the suggestion of a friend. He took a look at it and said, who the heck told you your brakes need to be fixed? You still have half the life on them.
Prices are reasonable and help save a pretty penny in the long run.”

“I am so grateful they have someone like Joe working there. It was a great experience, I called before I drove in and explained my issue, I drive a tesla and all the places in the area Sam's club, Pepboys, Mavis, Monroe, Walmart tire center all told me they don't do tire service on teslas. I started to get worried because the nearest tesla service center is 50 mins away, joe got on the phone and said he serviced many teslas, he was closing in 15 mins and he mentioned that he can get me back on the road if I get there soon. As soon as I got there he got to work right away. They have their own pucks to lift the car. It was done in 5 mins. Can't thank joe enough. Amazing guy!”

“I've gone to CJ's for 10 years or so now and my last experience solidified why I will continue going here. I've never had an issue with any of my services so I was a bit startled when my girlfriend's car dropped oil pressure all of the sudden and was bone dry when I pulled over to check. Long-story short, I had it towed, found out the oil filter was a little too loose and while it didn't come off, all the oil shot out causing the pressure loss. CJ's is not the closest place to my house so I had a different shop do this diagnosis. We called CJ's about the issue and told them what happened as the oil change was less than 1000miles old. Without hesitation, they extended an apology and reimbursed us for the charges. THIS is great customer service that you won't find with nearly any garage or business around. I will continue bringing my vehicles here for years to come!”
