Excellent customer service. They always greet customers with a smile on their face. They make returns easy and hassle free. I love that they have bilingual staff to proficiently serve a diverse population. I recommend this place.

Went in around 11:30am on a Sunday to drop off a package and there was a line of 6 people and just one employee. The employee was going as fast as he could, hence the stars, but one employee is not enough, so minus for that, also very hard to find. I luckily spotted the DIY scanner and skipped the wait. The scanner was easy to use although it could have been clearer what to do post scanning but luckily the overworked 1 employee took the time to look over and tell me where to take the package post self-processing.

Excellent packaging and package was received in 2days with ground shipment. He was also patient despite the challenge he faced in picking up the package.

Went to staples in Wyomissing and asked an Employee to help with printing from an Email, The employee pointed at a sign and told me follow the directions? So I went to the UPS store and the employee was hands on, literally printed everything for me ???

Super rude staff member who was absolutely no help in explaining where my package was or how to connect with someone who would know. I don’t know why people work in jobs interacting with people when you don’t know how to interact with people. I try to avoid UPS as much as possible and this just solidified that for me. I’d definitely recommend getting better staff or at least training your employees better.

My fiance ordered something and it was supposed to get shipped through UPS. They just called and said that they lost it when his tracking says that it is still in this warehouse. Not very happy when he paid express shipping to receive it in two days and it’s been over 2 months. UPS you can do so much better.
