It has been two years since my last haircut. It was my first time getting my hair treated with 100% vegan Aveda products. Diane, the owner, was very welcoming when I entered her salon. She was amazing to collaborate with, envision together the same outcome, and flawlessly execute what I wanted my hair to be styled as. Through each step of the process, Diane educated me; hair wash, cut, dry, and maintenance. I am delightfully pleased with how my face frame haircut turned out and to have my breakage ends removed. I feel very refreshed. Her employees, Molly and Lilly, were polite and attentive to their clients, too.

Horrible keratin treatment done here by untrained staff. My hair looks the exact same from when I came in. The girl got the treatment in my right eye and ignored me when I mentioned it, I had to repeat before she acknowledged me and she refused to believe she got in my eye and said that she only got water in my eye. I was refused anything to protect my face, I wasn't given a towel to cover my forehead when doing my bangs. Resulting in red and inflamed bumps all over my face and neck. My skin is sore and discolored. I scheduled a dermatologist appointment to try reverse what they did to my skin. I have not received any response back and called multiple times. I left a voicemail and no one has gotten beck to me. Please do not go to this salon, the staff are not trained and do not know what they are doing to your hair/skin. The treatment was 2 1/2 hours long and the girl was silent the whole time and did not know what she was doing. She wasn't friendly and did not talk the entire time. She ignored when I said that what she was doing was irritating my skin and eyes during the process.

I cannot Thanx Diane and her team enough for their exceptional service and inclusivity. Their unwavering acceptance of everyone, regardless of disabilities, creates an environment of warmth and comfort. Despite my challenges stemming from a traumatic brain injury, they consistently go above and beyond to understand and work with me and my hair (and sometimes lack of ?) ensuring I always leave feeling confident and satisfied. What truly sets them apart is their ability to consistently make every visit feel personalized, making me feel like I'm their only client each time I walk through the door. If there were a 100 stars to give them, I’d give them a 110. They’re that good, I promise ❤️

Highly recommend this place! Clean and pleasant ambience. Lily did the hair cut for me! Great service... She did amazing head massage while shampooing. Definitely going back here!!! Diane was kind enough to get me in the same day on short notice...

I’m very thankful to have crossed paths with Diane Keck- the owner/stylist/ an angel doing wonders down here on earth. She helped me pick a wig style that was right for me and took the time to teach me how a wig works and fits so I know how to handle it and can be confident wearing one myself. I’m a brain cancer survivor who is currently undergoing treatment and lost the one half side of my hair due to the radiation done on the one side of my head. I just want to say your a really awesome person and thank you SO much for the acts of your kindness you showed me. Your truly a beautiful person. - Savanna

I have been looking for years to find a hair dresser that I wanted to keep coming back to and I definitely did with Thanx! I’m a lifelong client now. I love them, the atmosphere and I always leave feeling amazing. Highly recommend!

I love thanx hair! Everyone is so friendly the moment you walk in, and they really take care of you and your hair. Their customer service is unmatched and they use high quality vegan products such as Aveda. I was beyond impressed with the result Lily was able to achieve for me and my hair. This was my very first time at this location yeah I have to say it was the best experience I have ever encountered I was welcomed on entry and offer a beverage. Molly took me back to the chair and did a consultation and made me feel really at home . This was one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time. I look forward to mymanicure and pedicure.. It's been quite a few years and multiple hairstylists since I got a haircut this good. My family had been going to someone for awhile and they moved. So we have been searching ever since. The last place I was at royaly messed up my hair and Diane was able to fix it and make me feel like myself again. Everyone there is so nice and pleasant. I can't recommend Thanx hair enough!
