The best experience! Competitively priced, excellent facility and wonderful customer service. Patsy, the GenMgr is very knowledgeable about all aspects of her units and services. From the day we walked in she gave us all our options that met our needs and then some. We’ve rented the van multiple times and have never had a problem during business or after business hours. It has been a seamless transition in all aspects of our move. Thank you!!

The staff are very friendly and responsive and setting up the unit rental was a breeze. I was given a tour and the options including cost, terms, etc. were all laid out for me to make the best decision for my needs! I will be recommending to friends and family that need to rent units.

I recently rented a storage unit in this facility and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This place offers the best value for money in the area. Despite being the cheapest option, the quality of their units is superb—clean, secure, and well-maintained.
The customer service is exceptional. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any needs or questions. A standout feature is their complimentary van service, which made moving my belongings incredibly convenient.
Overall, Storage World exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and affordable storage solution!

Since Storage World opened in Wyomissing, PA in a convenient location right off Rt. 422, I have had the BEST customer service from Patsy! I’ve never rented any storage units before and I was very impressed by the security, the ability to rent their Storage World truck, and just the level of care. Thank you so much Patsy! Your great customer service and all your help has been a great blessing to me!

I rented a 10x10 for about 6 months and recently received a letter stating everyone had to be out by Jan 2022. After building my own expensive wooden shelving system. Waste of time and money. Very bad business. This company could've given us a heads up as to what was coming. I now rent a 10x15 for way cheaper at Ridgewood Storage Facility. It's a new facility only another 7 mins on 422. Squeezing every last dollar from soon to be evicted tenants. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Not a bad place, but they are tearing the whole place down to build a new indoor storage facility. Everyone must remove their belongings from their storage lockers by the end of January. They will be closed for about a year.

I was very unhappy with my experience with Storage World. Gabrielle was very professional, but I was unhappy with Storage World the company. We had obtained a unit in mid September 2021. We were finally completely moved in by the end of October 2021. We then get a letter just before Thanksgiving telling us that the Storage World facility we were using at 211 N Wyomissing Reading PA was closing for an facility upgrade and that we needed to move our stuff out by the end of January 2022. I was in a climate controlled 10x10. It is a nightmare to have to find a new facility and move again right after having just moved in and an unneeded expense and complication, especially right around the holidays and for someone with health issues. We received no discounts, no rebates, and just a letter basically marketing how this was good business for Storage World and their future customers. It was a costly experience for my family, so I would advise you to consider renting someplace else, especially if you are looking for long term storage.
