Disappointed that it literally took each employee over 45 min with each customer? Nothing against the employees but why is tmobiles process to do things so extensive.. I would never return to tmobile for this reason alone.

So I am a new t mobile customer and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to switch me over. When I walked in John was so welcoming and helped me through the whole process. Usually you dread getting your phone switched over but they made my experience fun! We had music playing tons of laughs and just felt so important through the whole thing. If you need anyone to help you ask for John you won’t be disappointed!!

I stopped in to change my plan. I was greeted by Adilia J and because the store was very busy, she offered to call me when she became available. When I returned, she was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. She went the extra mile for me when, after she was unable to make the change via computer and had to make a call, she patiently and repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor, who was finally able to resolve my issue. She was very calm, patient, and helpful.

Trash little place sat there waiting for an hour and a half after being clearly skipped by a couple people who arrived waaaay later than me. To get a Sim card replacement for my home internet router just for them to tell me I had to call a 1800 number to be further helped.

I have been to this store several t8mes even before the merger with t mobile they have always given excellent customer service they are knowledgeable and friendly service. I will continue to use this store for my needs for t mobile

Today my phone suddenly stopped working. It gave me an error message there was no sim card. We were traveling through the Reading PA area and we came across this T mobile. I thought it was a long shot, but I stopped in anyway. I was greeted by Nash. She was very friendly and helpful. She knew Immediately how to correct my problem. She even made sure my phone was working before I left. And bonus there was no charge. I spent probably five minutes in the store. Before stopping in I was worried about my phone and what it may cost me. I was greeted Immediately and made feel at ease. Thank you so much for the excellent service..
