No good customer service. . No personality, no good morning no good afternoon no good evening not even thank you. Brian from Store @ 2336 Lancaster Avenue is the best employee that they have. He filled in @ the 200 Lancaster Avenue location and did a exceptional job with his customer service. He gors above and beyond with his exceptional service. Between the two stores 2336 Lancaster Avenue has the better service with Brian greeting customers.

It was 12:45 am and they were not open as google says they were! Very annoying since i drove there only because i had a giftcard and i needed gas but wasted more gas n time.

I never had any problems at this Speedway. Employees were always super nice and helpful. Very quick and convenientI am sad that they aren't open 24 hours anymore, but I can understand why. 5 star from me!

I'd gone in to buy Njoy pods on 1/10. Usually they are $13, they rung up at $26. I questioned this, the manager (Tiff) stated that they recently had a lot of their tobacco products go up in price. I assumed this was true, left, and found that all other gas stations were still selling them for $13. I didn't mind, but when I then opened the pack to brown liquid inside of the pods, I went to return them. The worker stated she was new and couldn't process returns, and I was put on the phone with Tiff to explain what happened. She told me that she'd actually contacted corporate after I left the day prior because the price didn't seem right to her, and corporate said it was a computer system issue. I requested a refund, and I was denied because I'd purchased a tobacco product, despite being double charged. The worker on duty rolled her eyes when I left, and I contacted CBPD out of frustration, in which they stated the manager was clearly in the wrong, but there was nothing they could do other than to advise me to file a complaint online. Upon finding out I'd contacted CBPD, I received a call and was told to come in for the refund. This was literally theft, and I will never be giving Joe's Quik Mart my business again.
