I had the most amazing experience here. I had foot surgery and afterwards,I bought a pair of Nike Airmax. I never wore them, but several months went by and for some reason my foot is just different and many shoes don’t fit right. Without hesitation, they helped me out and got me into the right pair of shoes for my needs and went above and beyond. When most people in the corporate world say “sorry, there’s nothing we can do”, the great mom and pop stores say “let’s see how we can help you”. The best store around!!! Thanks guys!!!

Sneaker Villa at Springtowne is now our first stop for soccer cleats. We have always received fantastic customer service. My son can only wear Adidas because of fit issues and Sneaker Villa always has several pairs for him to choose from. Their prices can’t be beat and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
