1 star is about 10 too many. I dropped my car off Thursday for an 8:00 a.m. appointment on Friday. I was promised the car would be done on Friday and not only was the car not done on Friday they also neglected to call me and give me any updates. So when I went in around 4:00 p.m. (they close at 5:00) they informed me that my car would not be done and that they would not bring anyone in to finish my car on Saturday even though my 9 year old daughter was flying in from Florida on Sunday and I needed to pick her up from the airport. So I ended up having to spend over $300 to pick my daughter up from the airport and Bosch automotive nor smart start will reimburse even one red cent. My advice? DO NOT go with smart start or Bosch automotive. If they screw up neither will accept responsibility for their wrongdoing.
