Crash champions was great! I was told it would be a minimum of 2-4 weeks for my car to be repaired and my car was done within a week. Everyone was nice.

Never bring your car to be fixed at this place, I have been waiting almost two months for the car to be delivered and it was only to fix a bumper, they tell me one day and then they change it and the same thing for two weeks. Today they said it would be ready at the end of the day and they just told me that it is not ready today so I should come back tomorrow. Ronaldo Morales

I would not advise anyone on taking their car there for damage repairs. They had my car since December 2023 and I picked it up February 12th and it was not repaired. My car is Pearl White and they used pure white to paint it and their customer service acts like kindergartners yelling and disgusting the client. The photos are AFTER the so called repairs were done.

If I have to take my car back for something….. forget it..put broken window vents back on and pieced it like puzzle pieces like I wouldn’t notice… gave me my key fob back with a dead battery.. just to name a few. Broken clips in the rubber seal around my door and when I would open my door especially when cold outside the whole seal would pull off. Went to get groceries.. AND.. Couldn’t even put my spare tire away for me.. ??

The short and sweet. They were friendly and professional. I got updates in a reasonable time. My vehicle was finished in a reasonable time. It looked great after it was finished.
