Great experience buying the paint. The associate was able to locate the exact color I bought in 2012! I was very surprised it could be done in 2022, 10 years later.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Spoke with Allen Cave about giving one of my subs, my paint pricing, I buy paint all over the country and have never had a problem out of thousands of transactions….he started interrogating me, asking me about jobs that i’ve done…., I told him to call the number on the account and I would answer, he threatened to call the police on me, the worst customer service ever, I’m going up the chain and going to get him some training on customer service…

The sales associate went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect color for an heirloom piece I am restoring. He gave me as much time as I needed and never tried to push me to make a decision or to buy anything. That never happens at the “big box” stores. I’ll definitely be shopping there again for my next project!

Very helpful. The store I went to didn't have the paint in stock, but called the next store over and they got the paint ready while I went to pick it. Good customer service.
