I come here every morning for gas and a can of zyns. Today when purchasing zyns, I used tap pay, and according to the cashier the payment “didn’t go through”. since I used Apple Pay I got a notification of where when and how much was withdrawn from my account. 5.80 was withdrawn from my account, I tried showing the cashier this but they wouldn’t listen. I took the zyn I payed for and left. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on. I don’t have time in the morning before work to argue if I payed for something or not when my banks app litterally says I payed for it.

Good as a convenience store but orders placed there are almost always incorrect. Recently I placed an order online and waiting 45 before they finally told me they lost the order. Never got the order and they charged my CC. They just kinda seem to struggle with the basics. Wawa is right next door...might be a better experience.

Place is usually clean lately, as most stores should be at 3a.m. New coffee bar is a no no. It gives “trying too hard to be WaWa and Rutters” vibes. Coffee foams while brewing, which is ok for some I guess. In the past, the loudspeaker telling patrons to “leave or they are calling the police” could be heard while sitting at the red light at the intersection. Not a good vibe. Yelling is the norm for some inside the store early in the morning. Grates on the nerves, especially when it’s dead silent prior. Self checkouts are iffy. Due to the cleanliness factor lately (it was not usually clean before) i am sure other improvements will be made to draw in the business.

Whiny staff making excuses for sloppy service. Partial food orders completed TEN minutes before other items even started and then when you try to complain they look at you like your expectations are out of line. They shouldn't be allowed to display the token "TCF" plaque; this idea used to mean something.

I ordered curbside and after my food arrived to my door, the milkshake I had ordered was too full and the lid was not on correctly causing it to spill. They did not give us napkins, nor did the deliverer who witnessed it offer us napkins or even a replacement cup/lid. Really upsetting and frustrating to receive beverages with unsecured lids and have it fall everywhere only to be left with no napkins.

This SHEETZ is super clean. The staff is always very friendly and polite. They are always fully stocked with whatever your quick mart needs are.
Their MTO food and sandwiches are always hot (if you order a hot sandwich) and cold (if you order a cold one). They are always of good quality and they have not made an error on a single order of mine.
The only thing that I would have to say is a negative about the location is just like with any other place that serves slushy’s currently either this heat the slushy machine is a hit or miss with it getting recold for serving.
There is plenty of parking. The restrooms are always clean. Their sales are clearly marked.
There is seating inside and outside for those who want to eat on the premises.
They have a free WiFi connection for public use.
They do sell liquor.
There are plenty of handicap spaces and wheelchair accessible entry.
There is also curbside pick up for phone app orders.

Used to come here all the time for food. You guys KNOW ME. I order online ALL THE TIME!! I’m Standing here for 5 minutes after I paid while my food is sitting there and I’m the A-hole that didn’t hear them on the loud speaker before I even got there to pay?? I’m officially done with bad service here and forgotten food items. Wawa is closer anyhow. Good luck.

Manager is slow.. they have no concept of making paid orders first . Since this new manager showed up I can't stop here for a morning brekfast..
Managers name is Robert and has zero clue how to manage a kitchen

The made to order food is actually better than what I expected. I find it comparable to other fast food chains. The order at screen option is a great plus.
