Took my Sorento in for a manufacturer's recall on the engine. Everyone was polite and accommodating, but when I left, my cruise control didn't work. I called when I got home (40 minute drive) and was told it would be a $145 charge to determine if it was something related to the recall update. Needless to say, I would have to take off 1/2 day of work to have them investigate. It worked when I parked it, it didn't work when I drove out of the parking lot. Not too happy at this point.

I traded my old car with inequity and bought myself a brand new 23 Kia K5 and I couldn't be happier. Service department is great. I've been working here for the past two years and although no place is perfect this definitely feels like home. We've helped so many people in my same situation. All I can say is if you're in the market for a car you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not considering Savage Kia.

I would not recommended salvage Kia my interest rate is so high they took advantage of me and they sold me a brand new car with a crack screen so now I’m paying a new care value when the car came with a cracked screen been giving me the run around and haven’t resolved anything for me

Just picked up my new Kia soul from them today. A lot of people dread the stressful experience of buying a new car but let me tell you, my experience from savage Kia was as pleasant as could be. Rey my salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the Kia brand and took a lot of time explaining to me all the great features of the car. Never once did I feel rushed and he made it a point to make sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied with the entire experience. The finance manager Kevin made the paperwork a breeze and was very easy to talk with. Ive purchased many cars over the years, and buying from Savage Kia with Rey was one of, if not the best experience I’ve had. I drove almost an hour to get to the dealership and I highly recommend purchasing your next Kia from Rey and savage Kia. Also, the detail department had the car looking amazing and Rey made sure it was ready upon my arrival.

If I could give a 0 star I would! My car has been in service since February 23 and today is March 6th and the vehicle has not been worked on. Service department is extremely difficult to deal with and have the worst customer service. I have to call and get updates and they get mad that I keep calling. I went ahead and had to walk them through the whole process on connecting with my warranty to get the work done since they couldn't do it themselves. I also sent an email to STEVE SAVAGE who is the owner on this complaint and heard crickets, this is ridiculous!!!

Stopped into Savage dealership ages days ago... My salesman was Eddie. I tried out a few cars but unfortunately going from Caravan to a small car isn't easy.... Eddie was awesome to work with .Not pushy at all and just had a pleasant experience..... I did not find a car that worked for me but highly recommend this dude....

Owned a Kia stinger for 900 miles and I Brought the car in to Savage Kia for an oil change, service department must of damaged the leather in the steering wheel. When reported they said they wouldn’t have done that. The cut it right in the field of view and it’s rough enough to feel when driving the car. I would know it was there when I dropped it off. Dealer takes no responsibility for what they have done . I wouldn’t recommend anyone uses such a dishonest dealership.

The worst service they ever gave me, horrible treatment during the warranty miles, they never told me anything about the maintenance that was missing, I even told them on 2 occasions to change the Drive belt and they only limited themselves to saying that it was fine, after the car I passed 100,000, I took it for what they say it should be changed at 60,000 miles, apart from the fact that they had me waiting a whole day with the car stopped, they didn't call me and told me that they are doing it when I go that the next day in the morning I arrive in the afternoon and they ask me if they called me, something they never did, and they were hiding from me that the air conditioning compressor was damaged. If I buy a car with them, I would advise them to take the car for maintenance somewhere else so that they don't problems arise

This place is terrible. I have lease With them however in May my car had problems and I needed to have it towed to the dealership I have not heard a single word from anyone… We have called multiple times… No callbacks the manager won’t even call us back… bad business … bad service … Better Business Bureau needs to check them out
