Recently purchased a vehicle at Savage 61 and had the pleasure of working with Jeremy and Brandon for my purchase. This car buying experience was so seamless from start to finish and both Jeremy and Brandon made the whole process quick and easy. I was in and out under 2 hours and got everything I was looking for. I have already recommended a few family members to Savage 61 and will continue to do so in the future.

I find the service staff to be friendly and helpful. Doug, in particular, has helped me with warranty coverage on several occasions.

They are irresponsible and lack intelligence. I took my 2006 Charger 5.7 RT for an extended warranty, that is what they call it (avoiding the word recall). When they changed my fuel tank, they damaged my flex pipe. Very sloppy work.
My son took his RAM for a recall and they changed his tire. Obviously they must of popped it and changed it for a cheaper tire made in Thailand. He had 4 American made tires brand "Cooper Discoverer" aggressive tires size 315/70/17. Which are not cheap and they installed 1 Accelera tire. Now they are denying it. They are crooks and liars. What happened to their Name "Savage" = Quality

What a joke .
I contacted this dealership Wednesday 4/10/2024 inquiring about a vehicle.
A lady named Kim was my point of contact. I asked about the vehicle and I was told yes they have and scheduled a test drive for Saturday 4/13/2024. In the morning Kim texted me to confirm my appointment and I confirmed and showed up to the dealership. To my surprise. The vehicle is no where to be found.
Mind you this is a 75k wagoneer. So it's not like they are going to miss place it. After sometime the salesman comes back and says the vehicle is not here and they are using it as a demo or a loaner he is not sure. So I ask when would it be back. He said in few days and they will contact me when it's back. Well tomorrow it's going to be a week and no call from this dealership.
I am disappointed because they have no respect for your time . Not sure if I can recommend this place.

you. I take my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica bus to these people and because it has a problem with the transmission, I take it to them, because I have a 2-year warranty and I only have one year with the vehicle, and they didn't solve anything for me, it happens that my bus, when I passed the change it made a very strong knock in the transmission, and apart from that they charged me almost $$160 dollars for doing nothing, and to top it all off, to a man who disrespects my wife, because he had to call from your
personal phone, because the very moron, found it strange that his cell phone is from Puerto Rico, 787. and it was a Racita person. !! This vehicle is of very poor quality, I do not recommend it nor buy it ever again....bery bad..

Brought my Ram 1500 in for routine oil change and tire rotation today. They weren’t able to rotate my tires because they said the lug nuts were swollen. For as fast as they told me that I figured that was just an easy excuse. When I got home I pulled into my garage to see for my self and there was NO issues with my lug nuts. I just did it my self.

If you have plans on getting your vehicle serviced at Savage 61; don’t be surprised if after giving a less than perfect-Customer Feedback/Survey, that the Service Mgr “Taylor Caesar” takes back his bribe of a Free-oil change , and proceeds to tell you “to look for a new place to service Vehicle”. ? This, after purchasing and servicing 3 vehicles over the years at this location. ? just curious to know…Is this a Savage 61 policy, a Tim Profit/GM policy or just Taylor Caesar’s policy!? Better Business Bureau here we come!?

You can spend 60 thousand dollars on a new vehicle but they don’t consider that a loyal customer I guess..Dropped my truck off the last day of the 5 year warranty and because they didn’t look until the next day they consider that a day out of warranty… So they offered a hardship warranty which covered 70 percent of the 3600 dollar repair job on a massive oil leak with only 43 thousand miles on my vehicle! Service manager said and quote if i had been a loyal customer, having them change the oil they may have overlooked the one day! What a joke , will never give them any more business!

This is one of those dealers that lists "Call For Pricing" on many of the cars on their website. As a rule, never deal with a place that does this.

I’m trying to get home after the Braves beat the Phillies and this amateur driver with Savage 61 stickers plastered all over their minivan has no idea how to drive. This car is being so unnecessarily slow I think Jose Alvarado might be driving. Go Bravos.
Well it’s been a year. I’m convinced I have cursed the Braves and I am trying to right my wrongs. While the driver of the Savage 61 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was driving like they were blindfolded and eating a QuikTrip taquito, I think this just shows that Savage 61 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram does not discriminate and is open to every “experience level” of driver. If I ever find myself in Philly I look forward to buying a round of cheesesteaks for the magnificent employees at Savage 61 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and having an enlightening conversation about the meaning and origin of the word ‘jawn’. Everyone makes mistakes (including Orlando Arcia) and I just hope my sins are forgiven by the baseball gods. Five shining stars to Savage 61 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
In hindsight it was silly of me to think Philly would play fair. I’m just going to say it, Philly fans are hypocrites- sure, we threw a couple beer cans on the field for a terrible call, but you threw batteries at Santa. People don’t forget, Philly. Also, Rocky didn’t know when to retire and further proves that CTE is a real thing and should be taken seriously. I’m sure Savage 61 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pinto PT Cruiser OJ’s White Bronco does great business - I’ve even heard they supply Brandon Marsh with the motor oil he puts in his hair before every game - but I am confident that based on the horrendous driving behind the wheel of that Savage 61 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and the Prisoner of Azkaban rental, infamous Philly binge drinking liability, Mike Schmidt must have been behind the wheel. Shame on Savage 61 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Mario Kart for being enablers and the happiest of birthdays to my dear friend Ashley.

I had my car making strange noise in the back and took it to Savage. They were kind enough to let me know 2 nails were stuck in my tire and could not be fixed. They can get a new tire for me by Monday, however due to my work schedule I could not wait. I let them know I needed tires right away and needed to go to a tire place. They did not charge me anything and made sure I had enough air in my tire to get me to the tire place. I appreciate that they got me in right away and gave me options. Thank you to the servicing team.
