I recently have taken over POA responsibilities for a family member and Charlie Cho has been an amazing help with navigating through the process and various accounts. When you have a life changing event and need to make sure a family members accounts are taken care of, it can be extremely stressful. Charlie made this transition so easy for me to understand and gave me all the steps I needed to take. He literally phone conferences in with me so I don’t have to figure out the account customer service on my own to get the information I need. If you are looking for a trustworthy and helpful associate who truly takes the time to help you and looks out for your best interest I highly recommend Charlie!

Extremely poor service, if you need to speak with someone, you'll have a better chance with winning the lottery or being hit by lightning.I thought that if you want to be customer friendly, you would want to be available to your customers and new potential customers. They obviously need new management how do you allow your employees to ignor a phone that is ringing, very sad, I guess at least they aren't like Wells Fargo, but worst in other ways.Very POOR customer service. I tried to reach them yesterday it took over 29 calls and 31/2 hours to get through to them.I will be taking my $$$ out of this back.When this happens, they will feel this for years and will have a ripple effect, they will need to go to their headquarters to cover the hit!Yours truly dissatisfied customer!!!

Charlie went above and beyond to help my significant other with a mobile banking issue and handled our situation with grace, honesty and compassion. I wish more bankers acted the way Charlie did. This branch has best customer service in the surrounding area, all employees were friendly and helped with a smile.

I called at 9am for help with a loan application and was asked to come right in. Mr. Bouarouy was professional and helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. He completed the application and got everything completed within an hour. I'm grateful for his attention to detail. Santander has been where I bank for many years, and many more to come.

No one answered the phone after 3 tries I gave up, this is frustrating because it's a bit of a drive, and the cost of fuel is always a consideration.

Today I went in because I thought my account was closed but really I had funds frozen and I had the pleasure of being helped by the branch manager Mr.Gruph and I might be spelling his name wrong so forgive me but I do know he is the manager and he literally did everything he can do to help me and release the funds that were owed to me. He was pleasant and professional. I've never personally had a problem with anyone at this branch it was just some miscommunication between the fraud department. & to be quite honest if I would have dealt with the manager from the beginning of my issues I probably would've never closed my account but again it was no one's fault at this branch. Therefore I would personally recommend future customers to speak directly with the manager at this bank if they need any issues resolved.

Tried on several occasions to call this branch and the toll free number the past 2 days with no luck, just rings and rings. I rarely go into the bank, but do use the drive up from time to time, teller there always friendly. But recently they made an error by depositing a large amount into my account that wasn't mine and I'm trying to contact them. Will keep trying. Hoping the customer who intended to make their deposit notices and has better luck getting through.

No idea why anyone would rate this location anything less than 4 stars. Very friendly and accommodating. I live nearby and they have a very efficient and friendly staff.

I've spent so many hours on the phone with the branch, visiting the branch, bringing in required paperwork, trouble shooting online banking and back and forth with the toll free number that I deserve my own W-2. I shouldn't have to keep following up to make sure people are doing their jobs. What happens to the original paperwork that I have brought in more than once?? I guess I should come behind the desk and scan it to my account myself too.

Staff is always friendly, and Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes to make a deposit or withdrawl.

Horrible communication between the Exeter Township branch and corporate. Lines are too long - not enough bankers during peak times.
