Do not go with this bank unless you want to be held hostage and not be able to close any of ur accounts, also do not go with this bank if you don’t want a say in how often you get to transfer money from accounts, most awful experience I’ve had with a banking system and wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t let me withdraw my funds tomorrow because this bank has one obstacle over the next

The bank services are really worse. Under staff, long waiting and no branch manager. The relationship banker Mr. Lester Young is very rude and doesn't care about the customers or business. He provokes the long standing customers such a level to close their accounts. I have 8 different accounts both business and personal with Santander Bank for many years since the conversion from Sovereign Bank. Because of his poor and rude customer service I am going to gradually closing all my accounts, also closing all of my employee accounts and other relations with this Santander bank. Waste of time going to this branch and I am sure you will return with insult and discrimination from Mr. Lester Young, the relationship banker.

Very clean inside, prompt service (when I went).Tellers could be a bit more friendly, but they get you in, out and done in a timely manner...

Went into the bank to ask about CD rates. I was told I needed to wait for service. After waiting 20 minutes, I was told it would be another 25 minutes. After waiting another hour, I went up to a window to ask if they could print me out a listing of CD rates. I was told they could print me a list. After a few minutes, I was given 3 sheets of paper. One did have CD rates on it in very fine print. One other sheet had a picture of someone's check. I felt the people that worked there hated their jobs and wanted to take it out on the clients.

Left the house without my money my license and my debit card .My husband txt my license and what do you know. The bank wont accept a picture only the real deal. Has my picture. And all i wanted was 10 bucks .Wow!
