Was told I could come in without appointment so I did and they “could not” assist me because they were “busy” but there were no other customers other than me and someone that apparently did have an appointment. I don’t like how I spent money to get there because I was told I could and I came right after calling.

So I applied for loan with this outfit my god the worst experience ever!! To begin with they don’t call you back you have to call them, all there reply’s are done by mail. This process took just about a month. Everytime I called back it was in review then it was they need this now. So finally as of today I was declined why I asked cause they can’t verify income on a short length of time they need atleast 2yrs. of employment. I said this is the same type of job I have had for 22yrs. But Ok then how can I conditionally next approved because I spell out my history in length on the application!! Jackasses!! Never waste my time again

This is the worst bank!!!! I am dealing with loss mitigation through Santander and still have not received a settlement date even tho I have a cash buyer!!! Tabitha Sosa is my point of contact and she never returns my phone calls and keeps giving me the run around!!! The staff at Santander always give me false information on what they need! I have complied with them every step of the way. I would like to see this department investigated!! How many other innocent people are victims to this deception!!

John Murray got people fired for “hear say†accusations, the branch management failed to get a cooperating statements for anyone for a rumor that was never spoken ! I find that out when some gets fired for hearsay on lunch break I mean we're all adults but when it comes to messing with people's income & livelihood things start to get personal just watch your back folks.

As horrible as their customer service is on their 1-800 number, I only stay with Santander Bank because their entire staff are wonderful. Their work ethics are exemplary. You are made to feel like you are the most important person their when you need their services. Keep up the wonderful attitude prevalent each time I visit.

Terrible customer service system! No point persons-no direct phone number s- on hold forever-last names and/or CSR I'd #'s not provided. Auto menu is limited & circuitous etc. etc. LOL!
