Christine, the client support person at Sandy Cohen's Exeter office, was most helpful in taking my auto insurance premium payment over the phone. I started paying premiums in this manner as doing it online "was" working and then, about 18 months ago a horrible "mishmash" occurred through the State Farm website and I ended up delinquent in my premium payment. No more paying on the website for this 'chickie'!

Staff is professional, kind and courteous. They always listen to my concerns or questions and take the time to answer in a way easily understood. Spoke with Chris today she found a way to save money on my bill-even though I had a question about another matter. Thanks Chris!! I always feel treated as family during interactions with them. I needed an updated registration card and did not realize my account was not updated lately. I called the office and got Chris ( female ). She sent me the card within five seconds on email and then discussed with me my account. It was fast, efficient, and excellent service. She was so kind as well. It’s so nice to know you can call a company that you need in your life and they don’t treat you with anything but respect and understanding. Thank you, Chris. Anne Padinske.

Prompt and efficient! Sandy has met all of my insurance needs. I not only have my home and auto insurance but also my commercial properties covered by State Farm. I feel very comfortable having an agent that I know is readily available to address my concerns.

I’ve been with State Farm over 30 years. When my agent retired a few years back, I met Sandy Cohen. Over the years he has changed and improved my coverage several times. Recently I recommended a new client to him through his new Wyomissing office. His representative there, Pete Morrotto, not only saved my friend money but improved coverage on both home and auto. I recommend either office, Wyomissing or Exeter, which ever is convenient.

I was amazed by the attention and care I was given when switching insurance coverage. I was taken through each step carefully to make sure I understood each component of the policies. I felt a personal connection with Justine. She displayed great compassion and patience while helping me navigate this change. She was so helpful and willing to explain changes she had suggested to my satisfaction. This is excellent customer service given by a local agency. Again, I must emphasize the patience that Justine showed when working with me. Thank you to this agency for helping an older person navigate the insurance policy process with professionalism, grace and courtesy.

Called a few days ago to setup insurance on a vehicle I was purchasing, and spoke to a young woman I can’t remember her name and she was incredibly helpful. I got a policy for about 65 dollars a month, and can get full coverage for about 125 if I decide later. Here’s what geico and some others wanted:Geico - 311 per month minimum - no explanationDairyland - 215 per month minimum - no explanationAllstate - 316 per month minimum - “price was high because I’ve never been an Allstate customer”…..Progressive - 189 per month minimum - took them about 8 hours to call back with a price. I got the price from Statefarm literally in the same phone call.I’ll be using State Farm for every insurance I’ll ever need. Getting the quote quickly, no “we will call back with the quote in a few hours”, getting proof right away so I could do the title transfer quickly, and I wish I remember who I spoke to but they were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I have had State Farm insurance for my car and home for many, many years. Sandy has been my agent since day one. He is the best! He is very helpful and understanding to my needs. Explains everything great. I have know Rachel and Cheryl for a long time, to which they have been great. Last year I had my catalytic converter stolen. I called State Farm and spoke with Dan. He gave me all the phone numbers I needed to contact to set up my claim. Everything was covered 100% and I did not have a deductible. He was also great with helping. Anytime I call the office, I am very pleased. I would not change companies or agent because I love this office & Sandy!!!
